Recently applied for a loan which was rejected. I called to appeal and spoke to a lovely lady called Joanne Wilson. She was amazing very understanding amazingly helpful got it overturned and talked me through everything step by step. She was so friendly which made me feel very uncomfortable. A thankyou just wouldn't cover it.

A lovely lady from the hull branch called Joanne was amazing with helping me today was so patient and went above and beyond with me if only the world had more Joanne’s <3

I used their Christmas Saver and it's such a good idea so I can save up for Christmas a little bit at a time. The staff are very knowledge and always really friendly.

Great way to save for Christmas, easy to set up and received my savings immediately with a quick visit to the office.

I recently joined the credit union. I'll be getting a FREE £25 bonus because I joined the christmas savings part. Only £5 per month savings then a lovely bonus.
When I had initial queries as to what to do and how to join, the C.U. staff were very helpfull and friendly. It's a no brainer really. And you can withdraw your cash whenever you like.

A good honest institution set up for ordinary people and not to bleed them dry.

Christmas saver helped me to save for Christmas without been able to dip in to the savings through the year. and now with it been Christmas just round the corner my Christmas will be stress free

I think credit union are a brilliant way to save so easy and simple. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Also getting an extra bonus at Christmas is great. I would encourage people to use credit union even if you save a small amount every week it adds up and an extra £25 on the Christmas saver what more could you ask for.
