Today 11/6/26 I had a visit from Alan…

Today 11/6/26 I had a visit from Alan Sims from Humfree. He showed me a choice of mobility scooters, which I am happy to say I purchased the Connect scooter. Alan invited me to try various scooters (indoors at my house, due to heavy rain fall). Both my Husband and I were very impressed with the Humfree company, and extremely impressed with the Salesman, Mr. Alan Sims.

It was alright

It was alright. It wasn’t package up.
The bloke that delivered it was riding on it. I’m not sure if they are allowed to do that!! I am paying good money for this. I have never had nothing of my own before. So I am relaying on this to get me around

Mobility scooter

Sober came to see my mum today, explained the mobility scooter very well, showing how to fold and use the scooter, my had a test drive which went well, and is now going to talk to the family before making her decision.

Rep was very knowledgeable

Sober was extremely knowledgeable and he explained everything I needed to know. I had a test drive and was very impressed with his recommendation. I look forward to dealing with Humfree in the near future.

Melvin was very helpful

Melvin was very helpful, not at all pushy and gave us plenty of time for my wife to try out a couple of scooters. Also i was given good time to practice getting the scooters in and out of our cars which was the main problem as I occasionally have lower back issues

Nice gentleman

What a nice gentleman,it was a pleasure to be in is company.I was impressed with the scooter,very smart, practical,fit for purpose.I hope after my up coming surgery i will not need one,due for a ankle replacement.Kind regards Dave Charlton

Catherine let us see all the available scooters compatible for my mums needs. She was very informative.
The scooters are all robust and stable for the task intended for.

Good advice given

Onkar clearly explained the benefits of the lightweight folding scooter
He considered the changing needs of both myself and my husband for convenience and getting it in and out of the car
He is extremely pleasant and we didn’t feel pressured or rushed
In all, it’s a good choice 👍🏽
