Humfree sorted out problem with charging device. The Carbon lightweight scooter has been fantastic, great product!

Sober was very professional. Knew a lot about mobility scooters.

Arrived on appointment at Mum's home. Five alternative scooters unloaded. Clear walk through the options. Good questions on why, how to be used, and questionnaire.
No hard selling. Full test drive and mobility. All together a very friendly, good demonstration.

Onkar was very polite and knowledgeable about the products he was hoping to sell and we did purchase a mobility scooter from him

George was very helpful explained everything very well a happy person

Great service from initial enquiry through ordering with Melvin and delivery on the agreed day. However, no phone call an hour before delivery as expected. Just arrived 45 minutes before the time advised. Also a dispute re the packaging whether or not it was to be left for 2 weeks after delivery in case it was needed in the event the scooter needed to be returned. I had to ask for it to be removed after unpacking. This was done as I had expected. Otherwise a good job. Thank you.

After some deep research into mobility scooters I decided to look further into the carbon one manufactured by Humfree. I requested a catalogue with the online form. However I got a phone call a couple of days later from a representative from the company informing me that they would be within 3 miles of my house demonstrating a scooter to another prospective customer on the 8th June and would it be convenient and was I available to have a demonstration later that day. I agreed. The representative Lorna Miskelly arrived at the agreed time and began by having a chat with me about how I intended to use the scooter and what my general health was like. All her questions were related to using the scooter and were all relevant. She then went on to describe and demonstrate the two scooters that I was interested in. Lorna answered all my questions without referring to any documentation. She knows her job. After the demonstrations and seeing the products first hand I decided that I would purchase a scooter from Humfree and I took some time to deliberate but eventually ordered the Carbon. I await it's arrival on Monday 15th June.

Had a demonstration by sober today. He very good. Fully understood my medical issues and needs.
Scooter was amazing.

Onkar was excellent, patient, he demonstrated the scooters and allowed me to try them. I was very happy with him and my new connect.

Sober was very pilot and very clear on the explaining on the scooter. Showed a great demonstration of use and how easy is to fold down and lift up.Cant wait to receive mine. Thank you so much was a quick service from the company

Everyone was so helpful from the moment we called to Lorna the young lady that came to show us the scooters and to buying and delivery
