Thank you for your comment. I’m sorry to hear that you’re not satisfied with our delivery service. We do everything we can to deliver our orders quickly, but it is possible that the time may sometimes be longer. Our delivery usually takes 1 to 5 working days.

Scam Artists
They charge VAT and claim that all customs duties/fees are covered but when the items are delivered you get hit with customs fees which includes unpaid VAT. Over £60 in fees!!! and they aren't responding to emails.

Ripped off. Their website states "All our prices are including VAT & import fees, excluding shipping costs."
When the delivery arrived we were charged £60+ in customs fees.

Appalling customer service
I emailed customer service on 26 Jan but still haven’t received a reply. I spent 40 minutes waiting on the phone and the same on live chat only to be cut off. I just want a returns label emailed to me as I didn’t get one in my order. I really like their products but this experience with customer service has put me off purchasing from this company again
