I have bought a Hoyt Torrex, a dozen arrows, Luminocks and miscellaneous arrow building spares from Hunter's Friend.

The service is first class, personalised, confirmed shipping details by email (after I checked), and best of all, after I broke the sight on my Hoyt the shop sent me out a replacement sight of much higher quality than the original, and it wasn't their fault that it broke.

My custom built arrows were superb too. Fast delivery (within a week to Europe). Overall, highly recommended.

They're honest and fast. I bought an item that was still in stock in only one language of the site and they refund it immediately.

Never again. Incorrect size stated on the homepage. This was changed as soon as the complaint was received. They then claimed it was my mistake and didn't cover the return shipping costs

I was in doubt what to order, the online chat assistant was very responsive and friendly. Proceeded to order and shipment was quickly arranged. They do ship with GLS which is relatively slow.
