Hursts (Isle of Wight) are just brilliant!
Telephoned Newport store and spoke to Carl. He was brilliant. Found the light l wanted to buy which was still in stock in store. Took payment, got it packed securely for mailing to mainland. I received it two days after ordering. Superbly packed and received undamaged. Extremely pleased. This Company really give you Customer Service whether in store or over phone. Brilliant as so little customer service these days. Love shopping in Hursts when on island and will now be looking online too! Thank you one and all!

Very quick delivery
Very quick delivery. Unfortunately the item was faulty but this was not the fault of Hursts. Very easy to return item at no cost to ourselves and a rapid refund. Can't fault their customer service and would happily deal with them again.
