Great service excellent value for money nothing not to like 👍

Great service . Great price .

Great service. Super fast delivery and top quality parts. Well done and thank you.

Easy to order. Delivery service quick and on time. Overall a brilliant service and great prices.

Very helpful member of staff, as usual, and as always a great price on the ironmongery that I was looking for. Additionally I was looking for over 50 of the same parts and when I saw there were only half a dozen on the shelf I asked and in no time the staff member had disappeared to another area and returned with the very number I needed. Rare and enjoyable local friendly feel to a very well stocked store.

Once the order was placed, I was informed of a delivery date and time. Unfortunately I had another appointment on the same day. Not a problem, I had emailed my change of delivery info, and was assured this would be done. On arrival back home to collect my items everything was correct. I am very pleased with the attention to detail etc. Many thanks.

Excellent service. Hurst do exactly what you ask. The office inform the driver and everything works,

Always good to use a local company who have what you want within 24 hours. Use them or lose them!

Easy to use website, easy ordering, Delivered on time.

As always, very helpful and pleasant staff.
Easy to place order and can call Hurst if I need to check on anything. Thankyou.

I placed an order for dessert knives which unfortunately had to be cancelled due to restrictions with knives being shipped using the usual delivery method. Following a conversation with Carl to explain that their company is seemingly the only company in the UK who has these knives and they were all I needed to complete the set Carl arranged for the knives to be posted via Royal Mail’s Age Verification service. All this happened over 2 days so couldn’t have been dealt with any more professionally or any quicker.
Big thanks to Carl for being so helpful and providing gold star customer service which was very much appreciated.

Free delivery (on >=£30 order values). Hursts responded quickly to a request re delivery, and the items were delivered in good time on the specified date.

Great delivery service, very helpful in putting my bags of compost in my wheelbarrows for me.

Website easy to navigate. This time I wanted items for the garden. I struggle to lift more than 40 litres of garden compost and local garden centres charge for delivery. Hursts delivered for free within two days of ordering as I had topped up to minimum order with other garden products. The driver was friendly and helpful. Excellent service

My order came very quickly. It contained a lot of glass and had been meticulously packed in many layers of protective material. It was exactly what had I ordered.
The firm’s ordering system was easy to navigate.
Top marks for service!

Just wonderful. Rang them. Ordered item. Delivered exactly on time. Brilliant service. Thank you

I got what I needed at a good price and only one day after ordering it.
