I spoke to customer services last Monday who assured me it would arrive Wednesday, it didn't.
Spoke to customer services Thursday who checked the order number 50618977 they told me it had been dispatched Wednesday and should be with me that day or tomorrow (Friday)
They asked for my email to send me a tracking number, which I gave. The customer service chap told me he was sending me the email as we spoke. He also said he was having problems with their couriers and were in the process of changing couriers, I suspect this was BS.
I received no such email at all, I have had nothing from Huva.
It's now Saturday still nothing - no email, no vacuum cleaner.
I do not want to have anything more to do with this shambles and want an immediate refund

Old and used not refurbished!
Took a leap of faith with this new company as I believe in recycling items not sending straight to landfill and buying brand new. Hoover head was sold to me as refurbished but what I received was very well used and appears to have been retrieved from a well used hoover that was probably broken beyond repair and working parts sold on. My grumble is I could've bought a used one from Ebay in the same condition for less than I paid for this one.
Very miss leading website. It does work which is why I haven't sent it back but I certainly overpaid for a very used hoover head.

So far negative experience
So far negative experience. Attempted to make contact with customer services but no response. Life chat dosnt respond after the initial question. Phone just rings and emails are still awaiting response.
Delivery should of been received by 20/11 yet to receive any communication regarding delivery or tracking. No way to request a refund as purchased via wowcher third party.

EVRI, bad delivery service
No answer on the phone to any of the three options, even after a very long wait. I was called back & apologised to for the delay. very helpful from then on.

My Shark vacuum cleaner recently stopped working and I ordered a part from Huva. Replacement part didn’t fix the issue so I sent an online query to Huva. They called me within minutes (they instantly knew what the issue was!) and asked me to check one thing while I was on the phone, which confirmed their diagnosis.
Emailed me a label to return the part I’d originally ordered and sent the correct part out at the same time. Within a couple of days, and £10 later, my Shark was fixed and working again
Knowledgeable, helpful staff and 5⭐️ customer service

Entering the third week today without any sign of our Dyson arriving
Ordered a hand held Dyson on the 29th October and the website said 2 day delivery time. Not one call from Huva to update me with delays. I’ve had to call every single time and as yet as far as I can see we are no further forward that I was last week when I was informed they didn’t even have the model I wanted. Today, after asking, I have been offered a 10% reduction which I won’t get for another 2-3 days at least. I’ve given two stars purely for the fact I was given a 10% refund after asking, otherwise it would have been a one star. I have to say their after sales service is abysmal.

I originally ordered on the 26th…
I originally ordered on the 26th September. My order ended up somewhere in Scotland. I spoke with a sales person who said that he would get Evri to collect and deliver to me but that didn't happen. So, I was given a refund. I asked if I ordered again if it could be sent with a different courier, he said yes that he would send with Royal Mail. So I ordered again 27th October and I'm still waiting for my Shark IZ201UKT replacement.

I ordered a refurbished Dyson vacuum…
I ordered a refurbished Dyson vacuum cleaner on a Sunday, purely on the basis of Huva’s next day delivery commitment. It’s now Friday and there’s no sign of the item. On contacting Huva they have been unable to commit to an actual delivery date, which has forced me to contact my credit card provider for a refund - and source a replacement vacuum cleaner from another retailer . Really disappointing.

I hoped for better
Following an enquiry I received a response that they had a AZ950 in stock and followed the instructions exactly for ordering. An AZ910 was delivered. Faced with the hassle of returning and the uncertainty of whether they actually had a AZ950 in stock I decided to see if I could combine my damaged AZ950 and the AZ910 - and after an hours work was successful. The manager emailed me spontaneously with an apology, and a non specific suggestion for making 'immediate amends'. I suggested compensation. I have received no response.
Its possible that Huva never really did have a AZ950 in stock. Its also possible this was a genuine mistake. Since they haven't replied to my email, I'm suspecting the former.
Incidentally, all Huva parts are used. This fact is inconspicuously buried at the bottom of the home page. And all photos show pristine components - not what I received.
PS Shark are pretty rubbish - high cost and low quality - after 4 years of light use mine failed catastrophically (poor design and quality). I improvised a mend and then it failed again. My 20-year old Vax is still going and was far better designed and manufactured.

Great item, customer service responded really quickly to my query regarding compatibility. Item fits perfectly and does the job. Much cheaper than buying from the brand. It did arrive slightly later than advertised but this was not a problem.
Would not trust them for a refurbished product.
Products are classified as fully refurbished. They are not.
Ordered a replacement shark vacuum base which came heavily scratched, chips in the rubber seals, dented casings, and a seriously strong tobacco odour.
Would not trust them for a refurbished product.
