GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Your ordering system was a real pain in the ass for a retail customer but your employees seem to be very concerned to make every customer feel welcome and they are more than willing to help. Placing an order not so much.

I dont understand the charge of $10.00…

I dont understand the charge of $10.00 for "small order fee" If there is a company that will purchase a lot of product in past orders, then I think the small order fee would be waived in future orders. With this $10.00 order fee I wont make a margin on my order to my customer.

We appreciate your feedback and we understand that it can be frustrating when the ordering experience does not go as expected. As a Master Distributor we do have a $50 total order minimum, but we allow our distributor partners to break the minimum with a $10.00 small handling fee. Please call our Customer Service Team when you have a small order and we can look into additional options for you to meet yours and your customers' needs.

Clevis pins were beautifully made

Clevis pins were beautifully made. Accurate to sizes shown in the detailed drawings on the website. Using them for hinge pins inserted into bushings so diameter was critical. The drawings and the pins match so the hinges are precise. Nice and shiny plating. Great price too.

50% lower than local vendor

Lower price on hardware (metric lifting eye bolts) than my regular, local vendor. Shipping was reasonable for the heavy items I purchased. I have bookmarked them in my favorites. I will use them as my price comparison site to make sure I'm not over paying on hardware ever again.
