On August 25th I reached out to Huyett. We were having problems obtaining specific nuts for our R&D Project. Alexandra Melby took care of the situation by providing sample nuts. Also, Alexandra took care of getting our account set up through the accounting department.

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable support. We are a small start up; still they treated us as if we were a large corporation. Huyett is a good company. You should keep them around.

We only received a partial order. We ordered 200 pieces but only received 82 pieces.

MY FIRST ATTEMPT TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT FAILED MISERABLY. I NEVER GOT THE ACCOUNT TO WORK. I WAS FORCED TO CREATE A SECOND ACCOUNT USING ANOTHER EMAIL ADDRESS. THAT WORKED AND I GOT MY PRODUCTS ORDERED.
