DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS with these shady people. In October 2025 I contacted Harry Vora to place a deposit for a solar package (battery, inverter and new array) To make this brief since I could produce a veritable chapter outlining dishonesty, deception, lies, zero follow through, blame shifting, malpractice, zero customer service and respect. , As of May 22 2026 my system is still incomplete. Contact emails have been deleted by Mr Vora's company and I believe from what was shared by another customer that Mr Vora is currently outside Australia. I can produce substantiation of my claims to anyone who is considering Hybrid Solar Solutions for their solar products.

Poor service and Zero professionalism and i would never recommend it to anyone.

Lack of communication in general and very slow to respond, would stay away

I waited several months for the installation of a solar and battery system costing over $30,000, only to experience ongoing problems and significant stress since installation.

It has now been almost one month since full payment, yet the system I paid for — including four batteries and a hybrid inverter — has never operated correctly. Since installation, I’ve dealt with repeated faults, inconsistent battery behaviour, inverter alarms, and an inability to reliably use the system as intended.

Support has been extremely frustrating. The electrician blames the installer, the installer blames the manufacturer, and the manufacturer has sent technicians to my home who spent an entire day onsite and still could not identify or resolve the problem. At this point, it feels like responsibility is being passed around with no clear ownership or urgency.

To make matters worse, the system’s configuration has cost me money, as excess solar is being exported during the day at negative feed-in rates (Amber Electric), rather than prioritising battery charging as expected.

Unfortunately, the installation itself also caused property damage. During the install, someone entered my ceiling space to run wiring and damaged my ceiling, resulting in visible cracks. At the same time, my security camera wiring was disconnected, leaving my home without monitoring. I was forced to pay $100 for an electrician to restore the wiring and $1,500 for a plasterer to repair the ceiling. To date, no party has accepted responsibility or offered compensation for this damage.

This entire experience has been exhausting — countless phone calls, messages, site visits, and follow-ups — all while I still do not have a properly functioning system. For a project of this size and cost, I expected far better coordination, accountability, and after-sales support.

I strongly recommend that anyone considering this company ensure clear accountability, written guarantees, and escalation paths are agreed upon before committing.

Several months ago, we were looking into getting a solar system for your home we had plenty of companies that we looked into but we decided to go through Hybrid Solar solutions Australia , here in Queensland.
It took four weeks until we had our system on our house which we were very excited about, a day later on ground level I know I saw it as a mark on one of the panels so as you would, I politely called Justin regards to this and Was told to call a gentleman called Roger and then a lady called Stella and in that timeframe, email them pictures of the solar panel, which I did we’ve had our solar on our house for over three months and still waiting for our panel to be replaced.
Now, from the beginning when we spoke to this gentleman in regards to what system we should have and so forth, he said since we are very low power users, we wouldn’t need batteries we thought we go with the 13.2 kw . And we will of course save money as everyone wants to.
Yeah, from previous power bills and to our Solar that we have now.
there is hardly any changes or nothing at all. so we politely emailed and called to find out the problem, we didn’t get much communication nor a reason but pretty much got told we should consider batteries 🙄 ( which we got told we don’t need them) .
Now we have recently emailed again and for some unknownreasons, no reply or return calls.
With the communication with this company is disgusting what’s more heartbreaking is when I see my wife in tears and for us doing the right thing this is what we get in return the communication is appalling The professionalism is non-existing

Harry is very helpful and knowledgeable. I have had my system for 3years and the 2 times I needed minor support they were quick to respond and resolved issues promptly. I will recommend them!

Assisted me in applying for the solar rebate. At the time of the installation, the guys were very professional and quick and gave us a good run down of the system and the installation process.
