Ordered a battery charger to replace the one that gave up after years of use.
From the order sent and payment they kept you informed when it was dispatched and when it was going to be delivered , it was delivered on the date they gave so couldn't fault them at all.

When the blade guide snapped in half I was really disappointed but Hychika agreed to replace the entire saw without any fuss. 6 stars for customer service and will be really happy to be able to use saw again.

Una pessima esperienza. La sega a gattuccio è funzionante ma inutilizzabile. Dopo circa 5 anni di uso sporadico il caricabatterie non funziona,ho cercato di riacquistarlo direttamente dalla casa Hychika ed anche su internet ma non è disponibile in nessun modo. L' assistenza Hychika mi ha proposto altri prodotti da acquistare che mi sarebbero stati rimborsati ma erano oggetti per me di nessun interesse. Sono stato costretto all' acquisto di una nuova sega di altra marca pur avendo già l' Hychika funzionante con due batterie scariche ma impossibilitato a ricaricarle.

Brilliant item
Brilliant item. There was a problem with a battery on the first drill I purchased. Hychika replaced the item swiftly and were very efficient.
Great little drill and I use it often.
