Ho acquistato un Trapano/avvitatore Hychika 18V 2.0 Ah tramite Amazon il 08/09/2022 ha funzionato perfettamente per 24 mesi. Alla scadenza della garanzia all'improvviso ha smesso di funzionare.
Ho contattato l’assistenza clienti che dopo qualche mail di scuse e temporeggiamenti mi ha riproposto ed inviato gratuitamente una nuova macchina.
La conclusione è stata apprezzata quanto inaspettata.
Complimenti al Team di Assistenza Clienti che ha soddisfatto in pieno le mie aspettative.

Ho acquistato diversi attrezzi a batteria, aspirapolvere, doppio faro led con cavalletto e mini compressore portatile. Tutti e tre ottimi prodotti ad un prezzo veramente competitivo. Spedizioni veloci, marchio assolutamente consigliato.
I bought several cordless tools, vacuum cleaner, double led light with tripod and mini portable compressor. They are all excellent products at a truly competitive price. Fast shipping, absolutely recommended brand.

Finora ho 3 prodotti tutti efficienti
Un paio di anni fa ho acquistato una sega circolare della Hychika a un prezzo concorrenziale. Veramente un ottimo prodotto. Successivamente ho preso anche un doppio faretto a led da cantiere e un aspirapolvere / liquidi a batteria. Posso ritenermi davvero soddisfatto.
Ovviamente consiglierei sicuramente i prodotti di questo marchio e vi ricordo che con tutti gli attrezzi sono necessarie sempre le dovute precauzioni e devono essere utilizzate nel modo corretto. Nessun prodotto (anche di marche più 'blasonate' ) è indistruttibile però in ogni caso ricordiamoci che la garanzia è stata creata apposta, perciò nel caso dovessimo riscontrare un problema, segnaliamolo subito.
Vi ringrazio per l' attenzione.

Cost effective and reliable
I first selected a 18v battery drill some years back and it was so robust and the rechargeable batteries fit the other products that I have purchased. No issues with all 6 products that I have and I has made made my DIY a pleasure to do. Would recommend any novice or professional to purchase Hychika.

Muy insatisfecha con la empresa, contestan a los correos y te ofrecen una ayuda que nunca llega. En mi caso una motosierra que funcionó durante cinco horas. Aunque me indican en varias ocasiones que van a mandarme una nueva cadena y una nueva placa guía nunca llega. Muy informales, no recomiendo la compra a esta empresa
