Su tre articoli,due problemi
Su due ordini effettuati , uno arrivato parziale e non c'è modo di contattare l assistenza,anche se nella risposta c'è scritto l indirizzo mail a cui rivolgersi ,non rispondono, almeno per conoscere il codice tracciamento,perché dalla loro pagina l ordine risulta sempre parziale , mentre un altro ordine il prodotto,un avvitatore 16v , anche con batteria carica al massimo,si blocca dopo pochi secondi di utilizzo e puzza di bruciato,volevo renderlo ,ma purtroppo non ho modo di contattare la loro assistenza

Replacement batteries never arrived
I initially wrote a negative review back in May regarding the high cost and poor reliability of the batteries. However, hychika's customer service responded promptly to my complaint, assuring me that they would resolve the issue and send me replacement batteries.
In exchange for this, I was asked to update my review, which I agreed to do as soon as the batteries arrived. Unfortunately, even though several months have passed, the batteries still haven’t arrived. Of customer service asks you to change a review in Exchange for something in suggest waiting for the product or replacement to arrive.

Ordered a sander in April
Ordered a sander in April, it has since stopped working and smoking within a month, I contacted support and they said they’ll send another out, a week later, absolutely nothing so I asked them for tracking, they said they’d get back to me, again nothing, so I then asked for a refund so I could just purchase another one, they agreed and said they’d would get back to me, surprise they’re now ignoring me, have all the messages, don’t waste your money and time.

No tienen recambio de cargador de batería de sierra circular la máquina solo tiene tres años y ha funcionado muy poco según ellos es un modelo antiguo la tengo que tirar y está nueva no recomiendo a nadie no es una marca fiable.

Ik heb een Hychika handcirkelzaag gekocht om het gelijmde laminaat in nette delen eruit te zagen zodat het netjes in bundels afgevoerd kan worden. Werkt perfect! Nu ook een Hychika 200w driehoekig schuurmachine gekocht. Helemaal niets mis mee. AANRADER. TIP; Koop het niet bij Aliexpres...maar bij Amazon. Scheelt het nodige...en sneller in huis. 1 dag.
