I was really impressed by the online customer service. Extremely professional. I’m very pleased with my purchase and would recommend products from this store.
I placed an order on September 19, and I still haven't received an update on when I can expect the bracelet. This is a gift for my daughter, who is getting married at the end of the month. Very di... もっと見る
The store associates were so nice and provided snacks. They also helped with sizing and we’re just so kind. A customer service is top-tier.

Quality Jewelry and Customer Service
The pieces I’ve purchased are quality jewelry. Customer service is excellent…if there is a problem with any of their products, they are happy to make things right. So far I’ve purchased five or six different items (three paperclip rings, diamond paperclip bracelet, silver “diamond paw” necklace and partial diamond small hoop earrings. I’ve received several compliments about single and double diamond/gold rings and diamond/gold bracelet.

I like the ring you sent but I realized…
I like the ring you sent but I realized it’s not the one that was advertised and what I thought I was ordering. Now I have to send it back and hope the next one is right? What a pain in the butt!

We love your jewelry! I recently bought a ring for my daughter and it was too small, your return policy was so useful, looking forward to receive the ring again!

I like the ring
I like the ring, but the sizing seemed off I ordered a 6 and it is to big. And your return process is terrible no return label, I sent you an email and I never received an answer back.

I LOVE Hyou!
I LOVE Hyou!! I purchased several rings from them, as well as earrings, and have a long list of other pieces I’ll be getting. Photos don’t truly do these beauties justice- they look stunning. The vermeil looks like 18k, not 14k, as the color is a deep yellow. So happy they now have a store in DC!
