After finally getting my correct size (I based my sizing on a ring I just bought — different brand) the textured diamond ring is perfect. The ring is so cute. Just the right “dainty”. My now wear every day ring. So glad I found Hyou. Working with customer service was seamless.

This was my second purchase from Hyou. The first purchase is a ring I wear pretty much every day now and this second one will be the same way. The jewelry is gorgeous, doesn't tarnish, always sparkles, and a really good price. I will absolutely buy more jewelry from them. I get compliments all the time.

I absolutely love the jewelry I ordered, and I was truly impressed by how quickly it was delivered. When I realized I had selected the wrong ring sizes and needed an exchange, the process was handled with remarkable speed and efficiency. Within just a few days, my new rings arrived. I purchased a Baguette & Diamond band ring made with lab grown diamond. The ring is beautiful, very happy with it. Nice quality, looks great with my ring stack!

I ordered the textured diamond band and two jewels had fallen out in 6 months. I asked if this could be replaced (since they have a 2 year warranty), they sent me a return label. Due to busy life schedule, I did not get around to sending it back for four months. I wasn’t wearing it so it was not a priority to return it quickly nor was I told there was an expected time frame to return it. Turns out the shipping label is only valid for 30 days, USPS took the package and I did not know it was invalid until I was following up on the tracking. Customer service with Hyou said they could not add payment on their end and asked if I could so I went back to the post office twice and was told I couldn’t. No one knows where this package is, it was never returned to me and it’s been over 7 weeks. I asked the company if we could meet halfway with a refund, they said they could only offer me 45% what the ring is currently selling for as a coupon code. I said I didn’t want to purchase the ring again (esp with inflation, it would cost almost what I paid for the ring full price). They said they cannot offer a refund for something that was purchased so long ago. So I am essentially out >$300 with no product now. I would not have attempted to return the product if it would have been this difficult. Customer service also needs to tell their clients there is a 30 day window to use the shipping label.

The gold and diamond earrings tarnished within a couple days of wearing a single time. We tried to have them repaired, but received a replacement item worth half the value.

Jewelry is very cheaply made and low quality. Returned after opening. The return address on the shipping label from hyou was not valid and the bracelet was returned back to me. Communication with customer service was confusing - saying they don't have records for me and then radio silence.
