Very good service and nice people.

Céline managed to secure us the credit despite our atypical file by staying committed and pragmatic throughout the process. While some other organisations were dismissive, slow or unclear, Céline proved to be creative, understanding the core points and strongly committed to getting the task to completion.
I wholeheartedly recommend Céline!

J’ai été très bien accueilli par Monsieur Hugues et la prise de rendez-vous a été très rapide. Comme c’était une première expérience pour moi, il a pris le temps de m’expliquer en détail toutes les démarches à suivre jusqu’à l’aboutissement de mon projet.

Ses conseils étaient très bienveillants, ce qui m’a permis de me sentir davantage en confiance. Je me suis vraiment sentie entre de bonnes mains, avec le sentiment de ne pas être seule dans cette étape.

Mauvais résultat pour moi. J'ai reçu beaucoup de promesses de pouvoir me trouver un crédit; j'ai fourni toutes les infos nécessaires et j'ai dit plusieurs fois quelle était ma date limite; enfin le monsieur m'a dit qu'il ne pouvait rien faire pour moi, après un délai de deux semaines où rien ne s'est passé pendant les vacances de Noel. Ceci m'a mis dans une situation très difficile, et me coute très cher parce qu'il était trop tard pour trouver un crédit ailleurs.
Mon conseil: ne faites pas confiance, poursuivez une demande de crédit ailleurs aussi.

Super contact, conseils et explications de Rich et Thibault. J’ai obtenu un crédit hypothécaire avec un meilleur taux que celui proposé par mes 2 banques. En plus ils s’adaptent volontairement aux disponibilités des clients. Je conseille vivement et sans aucune hésitation ! Merci encore

De medewerkers van de hypotheekwinkel zijn op de hoogte van de regels, de mogelijkheden. Ze nodigen je uit bij elke stap die gezet moet worden en geven duidelijke informatie. Door met de hypotheekwinkel ik zee te gaan moet je niet alles zelf uitzoeken, ze nemen ontzettend veel werk uit je handen, maar geven overal duidelijke uitleg bij. Je kan er ook altijd met je vragen terecht. Onze samenwerking was met Céline en zij is echt schitterend.

Our collaboration with this company started off very positively. We appreciated the friendly and professional manner of our assigned courtier, which gave us confidence in the process.
However, over time, we’ve faced some challenges related to communication and follow-up. On several occasions, we were told that certain steps would be taken — especially in coordinating with the creditor bank — but then experienced long periods without any updates. Unfortunately, attempts to get information through the office were not successful, as colleagues were often unaware of the situation.
Most recently, we were informed that a revised financial plan would be sent to us by the bank on September 19, but we have not received it, nor have we had any further communication on the matter. We were also advised earlier that the plan was preliminary and could be adjusted easily — but in practice, the revision has now taken over a month. This delay has affected our ability to pay for completed work and proceed with necessary next steps.
While we still appreciate the initial support, we believe there is room for improvement in terms of consistent communication and follow-through. We hope that moving forward, these issues can be addressed to ensure a smoother experience for future clients.

We well accompanied in our search for a home loan. Celine helped us to get our approvals through and was proactive with in handling our issues that came up. We appreciated her help and will happily recommend her.
