Very helpfull staff who have swiftly dealt with issues with the house before moving in.

It has been several months from offer to exchange,this has been due to delays down the chain.through out this period Hythe and Waterside have been superb keeping me up to date at least weekly. Special thanks to Maddie and Zoe exstremely profesional.Thank you so much.

We chose H&W as our managing agent for our rental as we had a great experience with them when they sold our first home to us.. 7 years on and they have (after deligently vetting applications) put our first tennants in and will be managing the property for us. I know we will be in safe, professional hands. H&W feels less corporate and more like a family run business with a personal touch, which we prefer. I look forward to continuing to work with them. Since returning to Hythe and Waterside to let our property due to my husband's illness, I have found all staff Ive been in contact with, most helpful.
It would be a 45-minute journey for me each way if I had to deal with any problems.

Easy to contact, and being local a personal touch, and no extra add on charges

I am a landlord with just one property to let. Every aspect of this has been managed for me by the Hythe and Waterside team for over 12 years now. While obviously there have been incidents over such a long period of time, for me the most important aspect is that I have sufficient confidence in the team for this to be a completely hands off activity for me and I very, very rarely need to attend either their office or the property. My confidence in the team is I think a reflection of their experience, knowledge and competence.

We highly recommend using H&W who handled our sale and purchase. We were supported throughout the whole process with H&W dealing with everything really efficiently and keeping good communication with all the stakeholders. We had a few twists and turns but H&W were really responsive and always kept us in the loop at every stage making it all so easy for us. The team at H&W worked very well together which really paid off. Darren was brilliant and provided significant support to resolve issues.
