Hythe & Waterside are a pleasure to deal with and sold our flat within 48 hours. We really couldn’t thank Joe enough for helping us move to our dream home and he went 110% to be there for us when we needed help or had any questions. Excellent service, thank you!

Excellent service from Darren and the team in accommodating my arrival after trans-Atlantic move (with its many moving parts) and helping 'pave the way' with the property owners. Friendly and knowledgeable, I finally felt I was in safe hands after stressful few months. Home at last.

I have had a better service than I could have hoped for from the team at Hythe. Even when things well beyond their control went wrong, they were always there with helpful advice and reassurance.

Darren has been extremely helpful going above and beyond to make the whole process of moving much less stressful.

Joe and his team have been second to none. They are polite and friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them. They have been so open and honest with us from start to finish with the sale of our property. A good team who have good communication in all aspects and we couldn’t fault them.

Really good service, I was only purchasing but they represented their client well, and kept me informed as the same progressed.

Darren was really helpful and straight forward, all our questions were answered promptly and honestly. We didn't feel like a nuisance at any time and the whole process was pretty smooth from viewing to collecting the keys. Would definitely recommend.

Joe and Wayne went over and above with the service they offer their clients and work with the whole team keeping everyone updated and chasing up other professionals when required and all the time with a friendly smile and good sense of humour. I have moved several times in my life and this is the first time I have felt the estate agents have earned their fee and I cannot thank them enough for looking after us so well and being so respectful of our home.

We have been letting our property for 2 years through Hythe and Waterside. The letting team have always been incredibly helpful, quick to reply and nothing is too much trouble. In particular Elizabeth had been wonderful to work with.

The Letting team did a great job for me following the departure of a tenant. They found a new tenant very quickly and arranged for the apartment to be thoroughly cleaned before a new tenant moved in. They turned to themselves to sort out other problems which I felt was well above what I would expect from an agent. I was most grateful as they handled absolutely everything for me.

Have just rented our first flat through Hythe and waterside and they have been very helpful throughout. Darren helped us through the whole way and was very understanding when we had a few problems! Would definitely recommend!

Horrendous time. Wayne at Hythe & Waterside was super human - All advice and skilled action was spot on. We really cant praise him enough. Our seller selected him because of high praise - Likewise this man is our No1 Always goes the Extra mile. Always returns calls Always replies to eMails until early evening - dedicated!

Wayne has been excellent. We have seen this from both buying and selling. He is completely open and honest, a rare bread. Would only ever use Wayne and find it odd why anyone would not. He is someone on the Christmas card list .
