Great service and made moving in very easy!

Darren is well organised, efficient and has kept us well informed throughout the whole experience of renting a property. He has been polite and understanding and we appreciated this very much. He helped make it a much less stressful time.

Darren was excellent, he kept me informed all the way and made the process very easy, I will be using him again in the future.

I particularly liked the ability to not only view still photos of the property we were interested in but the virtual tour.

Using the virtual tour helped us to view 360 degree images of the property and then make an informed decision to make an appointment and visit the property. It really has cut down on wasted visits to houses that don't meet our needs.

Wayne was always available and responsive to all requests, in a courteous and polite manner in dealing with the sell and purchase of our property, even when he was on leave.

Selling a property during a Pandemic isn't easy, however Wayne and Team helped us from start to finish and made the whole process as stress-free as possible. Even when our purchase collapsed, we felt confident enough to proceed with our sale.
Wayne has the most sensible, no-nonsense approach to house selling. His first visit ( strictly adhering to all Covid19 rules) was straightforward and encouraging. A prospective buyer came to the office just as he was writing up initial details and Wayne told him about the property he had just valued and suggested he might like to view. Three days later our lovely buyer was ready to proceed.
It had been many years since we last ventured into the property market and we feel Wayne steered and guided us, while ensuring we still felt in control,
keeping us up to date with all aspects of the process, giving support and advice as needed. Although we had a buyer, Wayne still took a superb folio of photos with descriptions written in sensible, non-estate-agent style for inclusion on a national website. He was always ready to speak on the phone or make a home visit to go over paperwork. The rest of the team were always friendly and approachable when we phoned.
We would totally recommend Waterside Sales and Lettings and will remember Wayne fondly from our new home in another county. Thanks, Wayne!
