We have received excellent service from Hythe and Waterside and it has been a real team effort to get our sale over the line. Both Joe and Wayne have been professional and courteous throughout and we are very pleased we chose Hythe and Waterside to sell our home.

Elizabeth in Lettings has been great from the get go, she is communicative and speedy at that, she's gets things moving quickly and clearly cares about her tenants. Thanks so much guys for looking after us so far, you've been brilliant!

This agency is on the ball in dealing with tenants issues. Their very professional and fulfil their obligation to look after any issues around your tenancy.

I viewed a property with Darren last week in Hardly. Although the property was not exactly what I wanted Darren was extremely helpful friendly and professional throughout my viewing. He went out of his way to arrange another time for me and my view the property as well. A credit to the company.

Found them to be very helpful and informative with this being my first time renting. Elizabeth the agent I dealt with was great at communicating with me through out the whole process and keeping me up to date.

The house is perfect for our needs, but even if it wasn’t, I would have taken it just for the reassurance of it being managed by Hythe and Waterside. During our property search we had become aware of the attitudes and practices of many other estate agents, so it was a relief to be met with Hythe and Waterside honest and friendly attitude. Their professionalism during the viewing, to turn up early, and take every safety precaution necessary, is what made us choose Hythe and Waterside.
Since then, we were never left guessing where we were in the move, we were kept up to date at each stage, which helped us to plan what we needed to do and when.
All our queries, (no matter how trivial) are answered swiftly and in a friendly manner, and every single time I have asked for help, I have received it; I think there is a lot to be said for that.

We used Hythe and Waterside for a property purchase. Both Wayne and Joe have been brilliant throughout the process. From arranging the initial viewing and then being given the time to look around the property in our own time and without pressure was exactly what we needed. Wayne was exceptional! Communication is the key in ensuring as smooth and stress free transaction as possible, especially when there is a long chain in the process. Despite the legal delays and challenges of Covid for all parties, Wayne was highly professional, approachable and above all else, most communicative and committed to seeing the job through. First we met Joe who showed us round the property answering all and any questions which was great. He then recommended to us a mortgage broker who was amazing. Our file was then passed onto Wayne who has been brilliant from day 1, we had a long difficult chain which Wayne helped keep on track even getting in touch with people way further up the chain to get us some realistic updates, which where not being filtered down correctly by other parties. When we reached a point that nothing seemed to be happening further up the chain Wayne stepped in and organised a group email with all the solicitors and agents to get things moving and hold people accountable for sitting still or withholding information. Overall i can't thank the Hythe and Waterside sales team enough for making the move happen.
