Purchased an item for my Tucson and item was ordered incorrectly and requested a refund. I was told that this item is a special order and a refund was not approved. I reached out to company stated I received an email on a certain day accepting the terms which on my end I have no such email in my inbox or in my sent box to the company. I have asked for a copy of the email they keep insisting I sent and I was told that they could not guarantee able to send the email with the acceptance of the terms. I do not recommend ordering from this company. Horrible customer service! I received a reply and they could not deliver the email instead I was sent a screenshot of a document stating I had accepted. No email with a To: Hyundai From: My name or subject: to indicate purpose of the email. Be careful when ordering from this company!

Update. They contacted me back after I returned that part because they sent me the wrong part inside of the right box. What i mean is box had the right part number but the part was for a different car. After the long wait they said i cant get my money back because the part was used . Pretty much because I took it out of the box and lined it up with my steering knuckle because it was a wheel bearing , I can now not get my $ 400 back . Even tho it was their mess up for sending me the wrong part. So what im taking this as is that I was scammed. I gave them money and they didnt give me what I payed for. Good to know that this is just another website that scams people out of their money. Imma make sure I make as many people aware of what this website is like and how they will just take your money so that no one else will be scammed by them.
