Ellie really supported me throughout my whole application and interview process. She really took her time to discuss any questions I had and provided me with so much advice prior to my interviews.

Honestly can’t fault them, Rich and Jade have been amazing since day one. Constantly reaching out to have a chat and making sure you’re happy even when jobs might not be coming around.
Super personable and always put you first whether it’s first thing in the morning or late afternoon.

Ellie was awesome from the outset and throughout. I never had to wait long for a response, she was super friendly, and the biggest cheerleader. Thank you Ellie, for finding me my new job. 🥳

I was called by this group as a match for potential opportunities, a meeting was set up for one opportunity to which the consultant was off ill, spoke with another who offered up another / different opportunity during the meeting. After the welcome speech of "they are a different type of recruitment group as you never know where a candidate may end up, communication is of the upmost', seems to have failed. After waiting for quite sometime, I have left email requests for updates with no response (from a manager no less, great example to set), therefore if you are putting your company's interest in the hands of this group, I would clandestinely test them out first from the candidate side to check value for money. I don't get ignored in other industries, I value communication, and certainly do not ignore others, needless to say, I shall not be recommending this group to my wider network nor using them.
As a note for improvement moving forward, recruitment agencies should remember, they get paid off the backs of other peoples experience and industry value, not the other way around... have some manners, this is a key example of how one employee not doing their job / over-egging their self importance can bring down what was, a company round good rating...
