This a bad experience for data or wifi the prices are high for slow internet the worst service in Morocco

The price is very high and not worth it compared to the quality provided. On top of that, the service is weak and frequently goes down. My experience with IAM has been very unsatisfactory.

I am beyond frustrated with IAM. This app is pointless because the service behind it is garbage. I am paying for high-speed fiber, but I’m getting speeds slower than 3G, constant lag, and random disconnects every single day.
It is 2026, and they are still overcharging for absolutely pathetic internet quality, while offering nothing in return. They clearly have a monopoly and do not care about customer satisfaction at all.
The app itself is useless for solving these issues. Save your money and do not bother with this company. Absolute thieves! 🚮

I think I'm paying 200DH every month for nothing. It's a disgrace that the whole world is developing while Morocco is still stuck in 2005 when it comes to telecommunications.

Absolute garbage. Extremely overpriced for a connection that’s slower than a snail. Constant lags, zero stability, and the customer service is a joke. Stop stealing people’s money for 20th-century service. Avoid them at all costs

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Maroc Telecom, and I feel compelled to warn others. The service quality is consistently poor, with frequent outages, slow internet speeds, and unreliable connectivity that makes it difficult to rely on for either work or personal use.

What’s even more frustrating is the customer service. Getting support is a challenge in itself — long waiting times, unhelpful responses, and issues that remain unresolved for weeks or even months. It often feels like customers are ignored once they’ve signed up.

On top of that, the pricing does not match the quality provided. You end up paying for a service that simply does not deliver what is promised. In some cases, charges appear unclear or unjustified, which raises serious concerns about transparency.

Overall, my experience has been extremely negative. I would strongly advise others to think twice before choosing Maroc Telecom, as the service falls far below expectations and does not offer good value for money.

Outrageous prices for the worst internet quality in the world. Shame on you!

No quality internet connection, no reasonable consumer plans, just a money devouring machine with little to no benefits. What's more, get a MAD10 card, have a measly 998MO, and watch it disappear in less than a day

I have visited many African countries, and based on my experience, IAM has been one of the worst. The service is extremely poor, and the prices are excessively high. In fact, it is even more expensive than European countries such as Spain, France, Germany, and Italy, even though the average income of a European citizen is around 1500 euros, while the average income of a Moroccan citizen is about 300 euros.
