I signed up to the mailing list to get 10% but then discovered you had to give a phone number AFTER already giving out your email to them. Here I am signed up to the newsletter but with no 10%..... it's just tricking you into it really.

My order did take a while to receive but I have just got it I ordered on the 30th of December and I am highly grateful it arrived with very small damage to the corner of my fnaf vinyl highly glad I got it and will be ordering the second movies soundtrack after it’s shipped

Tilauksesta toimitukseen meni alle puoli vuotta ja kyseessä oli ennakkotilaus. Mielestäni varsin nopeaa. Ostin myös toimituksen suojauksen ja tuotteet tulivat erinomaisessa kunnossa. Tuskin koskaan on näin paljon pehmustettu. Tilatut tuotteet ovat kuvatunlaisia, joten siitäkin plussaa.

I pre-order the limited edition ultrakill infinite hyperdeath vinyl from here, and after being told it shipped, usps never had any updates other than shipping label being made. After waiting 1½ weeks with no tracking updates I asked customer support for any updates. They then proceeded to say that the vinyl was out of stock (which is true because it was a limited edition pre-order) and then cancelled my order. Why they did this when all I asked for is an update, or why they didn't have any extra vinyls just in case something happens on their side during shipping completely baffels me. So now if i want this vinyl I will have to hope there is something somewhat reasonably priced on second hand markets. DO NOT SHOP HERE EVER.

Awful costumer service! I tried cancelling a preorder before they even shipped it and they refused! Literal scam and stealing money

Bought there a few times. Some of the orders arrived a month after the estimated date, some - a year after.

Last experience was extremely frustrating - I paid extra for the insurance, and the order "arrived" but no one told me when and where to get it - neither iam8bit, nor the delivery agent or the insurer.

Insurance company refused to refund since the "order was back with the seller", iam8bit just ignored me for over 3 months.

The company turned from a seller with poor logistics to a scammer.

Update: After another 3 months, despite me refusing a coupon as reimbursement (I will clearly never buy again there), they issued a coupon for - surprise - ca. 60% of the order value. I would have give them 0/5 if I could. Complete scam.

Ik heb de steven universe vinyl set net binnen gehad en hij is in een perfecte staat. Ook de lever tijd was niet te lang een paar weken dus dat was top.

Had my Psychonauts 2 PS4 Collectors Edition pre-order cancelled, after waiting and waiting, delay after delay, for almost 2 YEARS.

Cancelled with no valid explanation, just citing "quality issue" (despite almost all other customers receiving their orders over the past 10 months).

When pressed for more info, was totally fobbed off. Questions ignored. No effort to come to an amicable resolution, or even provide a partial order fulfilment at a discount, just "no further info".

Got sent a 10% discount voucher as a sorry, which is going to waste because this company is not getting another dollar from me. Extremely disappointing experience. Now I'm forced to try and find a copy on eBay from a scalper who's order WAS fulfilled.

Never again, iam8bit.

Preordered a game that will not be released for another couple of months.

I found that I could order the game locally for way lower cost.
I live in Ireland so shipping and taxes make it cost more than double the price of ordering locally.

I emailed explaining the situation, but as I ordered more than 14 days ago and despite the game not even being released for another couple of months they are refusing to cancel the preorder.

I will not but from this website again and would encourage others to avoid also.

iam8bit engages in false advertising, has awful customer support and will ignore your help requests once they got your money.

They offered a "christmas guarantee" if you pay for expedited shipping and placed your order by Dec 17th. I ordered an item and paid for expedited shipping on Dec 16th.

I noticed that the order was unfulfilled on Dec 20th and placed a support ticket because i was concerned they were shipping it too late. Support said that my order is in queue and theyll get to it when they get to it and it could take 15 days to process, then referred me to their holiday shipping policy as if i was outside their policy parameters.

Dec 23rd comes by and still unfulfilled. I put in another support ticket and got a canned response that theyll get to it when they get to it.

According to their records, they printed a shipping label late on the 23rd but it didnt get into the post offices hands until after christmas. the item arrived Jan 4th, long after they collected extra money from me to get it by xmas.

I put in a support ticket requesting my expedited shipping payment be refunded, to which they said they can not do that. and besides, they "can not be held responsible for USPS's delivery times." Despite the fact that they didnt get it to USPS until AFTER their guaranteed ship time.

I took to twitter to ask for assistance there, since support was no help. they asked me for my case number but then stopped responding, then blocked me on twitter.

they are no longer responding to the support ticket either.

they collected money from people for a holiday guarantee service they did not provide. this is false advertising.

do a search on twitter and reddit if you would like to see how they screwed over other customers.

Commandes toujours bien arrivées. Toujours bien emballées et service client impeccable. Rien à dire sur cette entreprise chez qui j'achète régulièrement.
Seul bémol : les frais de douane pour chaque commande mais ça, il faut plutôt demander au gouvernement...

Order something and never ship... 150$ lost.

Tried to order the Disco Elysium CE. Shipping and taxes are outrageously high, which is not necessarily their fault, but then they also state that they send the package without tracking and if gets lost or damaged, you're not eligible for any kind of reimbursement. You can choose to pay 7$ extra for tracking and insurance, but that not being baseline for international shipping is extremely customer-unfriendly. Especially regarding the overpriced items they are selling.

Tried to order it, got the order confirmation. Immediately after I got an email that the order was cancelled. Reached out to their customer support, they reply the cancellation is from their automated system because of multiple payment attempts or use of VPN. Fair enough. But now I still have the 380$ marked as "reserved" on my credit card statement, despite the order being cancelled.
Customer support is ignoring my inquiries, tried to cancel the order via Amazon Pay which I used for the transaction. Got an email from Amazon saying they could not reach the vendor under the email listed on Amazon.

Extremely sketchy and customer unfriendly, if you need anything from customer support you're straight out of luck.

Wish I had seen the reviews for the store earlier. Avoid at all costs.
