El pasado 27/09/2024 sufrà la cancelación de mi vuelo n IB6841 en Madrid barajas de regreso a Buenos Aires, lo cual me ocasiono un perjuicio enorme. El dÃa 25/10/2024 procedà a reclamar a la compañÃa aérea IBERIA SA por su página web la cual me contesta que lamenta mucho el inconveniente y me informan que van a pagarme por dicha cancelación la suma de 600 euros por transferencia bancaria por lo cual envié toda la documentación al respecto para que me abonen dicho importe, El dÃa 28/10/2024 me contestan que en un plazo de 30 dÃas hábiles me abonarÃan el monto ya expuesto, Pasado ya el lÃmite que IBERIA IMPUSO vuelvo a reclamar ,La contestación es tuvieron una incidencia y que me pagarÃan dentro de una semana y un mes la verdad ya estoy cansado de que me mientan y mientan por ese motivo envió mi denuncia a ustedes que son el ente que puede interceder en este asunto. La referencia del caso es la siguiente.

Disabilità , educazione e rispetto.
Avendo una disabilità riconosciuta del 100%, non motoria (e quindi non chiedo l'assistenza), quando mi imbarco chiedo sempre, presentando la European disability card, se posso entrare comunque con le file prioritarie, cosa che tutte le maggiori compagnie prevedono. Sul volo FCO/MAD IB0654 del 27 dicembre scorso, ho chiesto la stessa cosa alla prima assistente arrivata che me l'ha confermata. Mi metto in fila e una seconda assistente mi chiede passando, il mio tipo di priorità ; non convinta urla per due volte alla prima assistente, da un lato all'altro del gate "oh, ma l'hai vista tu sta signora co la tessera da disabile???". Se avessi voluto far sapere al mondo che sono disabile, avrei messo un cartello magari no? Una gran cafona, senza la minima attenzione e rispetto per le persone, senza contare che continuava a sbuffare e a dire "nun gne la fo stasera eh, a no, nun gne la fo" mentre chiamava i gruppi. Può una compagnia seria come Iberia avvalersi di simili collaboratori? Di sicuro io non ci volerò più.

Lost my luggage. Managed to get it after 3 days. It was completely broken. They didnât assist with either the damage to it or the costs of replacing all my items for those 3 days.
Worst business class experience
We travelled business class and was treated worse than a budget airline, atleast budget airlines communicate well. On our flight back from Lima to Madrid all of our luggage was lost, then we were promised by the time we got to London Heathrow it will be delivered to our home address when its delivered on the next flight. After being promised it would be delivered on the 3rd day after landing (we landed on Xmas day), still no luggage and no communication of further delays from Iberia or from the courier company. When I mentioned that I have sentimental and valuables I am being asked to show receipts, how would I have all the receipts possible of what I own, no courtesy or communication let alone any mention of compensation for all the inconvenience causes. Worst experience ever of what was meant to be a holiday of a lifetime.

@iberia cancelled our families flights without email or any notice, leaving us at the airport on the day with no flights and no help. phone and chat support useless too - we had to book full fare last minute flights with another airline not even an apology nor even a refund from @iberia - we still have no reason given for the cancellations. what has happened to this airline?

Shocking customer service. Was forcefully downgraded (and flight delayed by 4 hours), but they simply apologise and offer no compensation.
Pessima esperienza, problemi con valigie, applicazione, comportamento personale
L'applicazione non permette la scelta del pasto, le valigie sono state smarrite ed Ú stato necessario tornare in aeroporto per recuperarle in quanto l'invio a casa durava circa 4 giorni, avevamo due valigie in stiva da 23 kg cadauna, ma al momento del peso una pesava 13, l'altra 24 e ci hanno chiesto di spostare le cose piuttosto che permettere il passaggio. Pessima esperienza in tutto e per tutto, nel comportamento negli hostess, nel servizi online, nel supporto in caso di problemi.

12 Stunden Nachtflug von Buenos Aires nach Madrid. ZunÀchst war mein Sitz defekt ( und das war der Crew bekannt!) Gottseidank war der nebenan frei, denn das Economy plus Ticket hat viel Geld gekostetâŠeben wegen den komfortableren Sitzen. Das Unterhaltungsprogramm recht veraltet, das Abendessen so lala, das FrÃŒhstÃŒck lausig ( trockenes Croissant mit trockener Pute) noch viel schlimmer: es gab keinen Kaffee!!!! Erst auf Nachfrage bekam ich erklÀrt die Maschine sei defekt. Keine Ansage dazu vorab - keine Entschuldigung oder Àhnliches. So ein riesen Flieger hat doch wohl mehr als eine Kaffeemaschine? Die Crew sprach nur einige wenige Brocken Englisch, da hÀtte ich von einer internationalen Fluggesellschaft mehr erwartet .
Nur wenn es gar nicht anders geht wÃŒrde ich nochmal mit iberia fliegen.
GebÃŒhren und Steuern RÃŒckerstattung
Der Kundenservice ist nicht existent. Ich hatte ein Flug vor Antritt gecancelt, weil mein Sohn nicht mitfliegen konnte. Scheinbar ist es unmöglich irgend jemand zu kontaktieren und die Steurn und GebÌhren, welche nicht abgefÌhrt wurden zurÌck zu erhalten. Es gibt noch nicht mal eine Anschrift in Deutschland. Auf der Internetseite findet man kein entsprechendes Formular fÌr die Kundenbetreung. Ich habe nur Standard-Mails erhalten mit noreply@ Email. Die FlÌge waren sonst alle ok. Ich beurteile hier nur die in-existente Kundenbetreuung.

The most horrible airlines Iâve ever taken. They took away my hand luggage when I was entering the plane. I had it not locked up (since I suppose to keep it with me), it was nice and destroyed at the end of course, I had laptop and other precious things there. Itâs fine to check-in hand luggage, but tell us in advance so we may prepare before. The stuff wasnât helpful and rude. Never again!!! Avoid this airline!!!

Wir (auf Hilfe angewiesen , gebucht) von Panama nach Alicante...was fÌr uns nicht ersichtlich war ,obwohl die Buchung mit dem gleichen Briefkopf erscheint, dass unter ""iberia " mehrere "Subunternehmen " mitdenken.Jedenfalls der Flug Panama - Madrid war 1 1/2 Stunden verspÀtet, so unser Flug nach Alicante, weg, wÌrde jeder normale Mensch sagen, nicht so 2 arrogante Angestellte im Flughafen von Madrid. Wir sollten einen neuen Flug nach Alicante buchen, sie hÀtten mit der VerspÀtung nichts zu tun! Als wir uns wehrten, beendete die Chefin das GesprÀch, u.sagte, fÌr uns gÀbe es keine PlÀtze mehr bei Iberia (im generalstabsmÀssigen Ton) ! So geht man nicht mit Kunden und seinen Verpflichtungen um

SHAMEFUL AIRLINE - Think they are above the law and complete disregard for their PAX. Delayed luggage twice in 2 months (one the one occasion it was delayed by 8 days). Each contact conversation to be told not too worry and buy the necessary and send receipts. Now refusing to refund money.
Completely ignored data protection act request since June 2024.
Written to companyâs CEO as well IAGâs Group CEO, no replies, not even an acknowledgment.
Ground crew are rude and obnoxious, cabin crew are so busy on their cell phone during flights, they ignore PAX. Donât expect that drink refill !
Finally customer service is non existent. A call centre full of incredibly incompetent, unintelligent and uneducated staff.

we were from Madrid to Panama we have paid 80 euro per seat to reserve a exit from row. we bought the seat 4month before the flight and paid. we have checked in as well and the day of the flight they have told us the seats change and they put us to the middle seat they didn't let us choose the seat or at least give better options, for 11 hour we have seat in the middle seat ans paying 80 euro per person, they didn't accept to refund us. they were super rude, plus we saw they gave a way our seat to some one they knew obviously and apartly they just changed our seat because they wanted to give this to someone important but they didn't accept to refund us even though we seat in the worst place, worst experience ever. Also when we have arrived we saw they have broken our luggage and it is not possible to put a claim online, only call is possible we try to call they were not able to talk in english
Retard et refus dâindemnisation
Nous avons décollé un jour dâintempérie avec + dâune heure de retard à destination de Lima avec une correspondance à Madrid . Les deux vols étaient avec la même compagnie ( Iberia) aucun appel nâa été effectué pour prévenir du nombre de passagers devant être présent venant de Orly. Embarquement refusé . La compagnie nous a replacé sur un vol avec une autre compagnie ( Avianca). Nos valises nâont jamais suivis jusquâà Lima .
Les valises sont arrivée avec + dâ1 semaine de retard.
Au retour avion retardé aussi . Malgres le retard nous avons pu avoir la correpondance mais nos valise nâont pas suivre. Elles sont arrivée sur le vol Madrid Orly 4h plus tard.
Refus dâindemnisation car pas de leur responsabilité suite au changement de compagnie à lâaller. Au retour refus dâindemnisation mais lâopératrice du service client nâa pas fait dâeffort pour essayer de comprendre la réclamation avec un français trÚs approximatif .

Iberia escroquerie. Nous avons choisi et payé 2 billets en "Premium Economy" sur un vol long courrier (12h) Madrid-San José. AprÚs notre impossibilité de choisir nos siÚge nous avons appelé le service client (trÚs agréable) qui nous a gentiment conseillé d'attendre un peu effectuer ce choix suite à un incident technique. Au 3Úme appel (toujours trÚs sympathique) l'agent nous a informé qu'il n'y avait pas de "Premium" sur la destination. Il nous a informé que ça arrivait que le site Iberia vendait cette classe sur des vols sans . Il nous a recommandé de contacter rapidement le service client par mail. Réponse rapide du service : "merci de refaire votre réclamation à votre retour "...
Aucune solution nous a été proposé avant le voyage.

my name was written incorrect on my reservation and ti called them at 23:00, they keep talking , pretending that they are doing the job correctly ..... and telling me call in one hour ..... I tried to fix the problem calling and talking to maybe 7 or 8 of their workers until 06 AM soooo the whole night , the aeroport workers tried to talked to them as well to help me at the end I missed my flight because they deleted me from the passenger list and the check-in was not possible either online nor at the aeroport , they didn't refund the flight price to me !!!!!!
