Do not buy from this business!! You will not be able to return the wig to CHINA! Their link for "Return and Refund" does not have a link and therefore your refund request will not process! You are stuck with whatever product you buy. After "multiple" emails to "Ann", I was only offered a 15% refund and told it would cost 50 euro to return the wig and they would not give me an address or return authorization.

I do not recommend anyone to buy off this website I believe that this is a scam and it is a rip off I purchase three wigs on the Fourth of July have not received them yet plus never received a email I've tried to contact them with no contact back I am pissed off. All I want from them is a refund which I am trying to get back onto my credit card.

Wig is nothing like what appears on the website. I have sent multiple emails asking about returning the product for a refund and been offered 10%. Not satisfied at all.

Would NOT recommend this website/company to anyone.

Can anyone give me the return address for these scum scammers. I've read 3 reviews where they said they returned it and was told wig damaged. I'm still battling away with them. Kim and Chris @ibuywigs. YEAH RIGHT.

After 1.5yrs I have finally tracked down the Horrid parent company and have a response from the commerce commision. The more complaints made to the commerce commision will help shut these mkj... Down. Maybe, maybe not BUT it's worth a shot right?

I bought a wig for my wife's birthday in November 2023.
The wig turned up in December and it was a piece of crap. I tried to get a return and refund but was given all sort of excuses, eventually telling me I could get to keep the wig and receive a refund of 10% of AUD$398.00. So this is how American companies are making "America" great again by ripping people off. My wife bought a wig from Temu, a Chinese company, which look really good. AVOID ibuywig.

wig that I ordered arrived looking nothing like what I requested It was long, bright orange in colour, curly, looking just like a clowns wig.

I contacted Ibuywig and was given the run around including returning the said purchase, which was going to be quite expensive with no guarantee with the outcome and more dollars wasted. I would suggest never to deal with this very dishonest company

I ordered 2 wigs pre chemo. Order process complicated. Very slow delivery, don't think it'd been processed until I contacted re delivery details. Both look dreadful on. Blonde wig NOT the colour I ordered, and not as advertised. Dark auburn colour is close but again the style not as advertised. Requested Return details got fobbed off. I was offered a discount on yet another wig but declined. Requested Refund but nothing received. Unable to resolve.

Absolute scammers

Wig wasn't anything like the picture or the description.
It was poor quality and unwearable, not human hair,
no style at all, and size was supposed to be petite but it was huge.
Refused to refund with story that could only refund on return at own expense, and told it was unlikely to reach them therefore no refund.
I did not read the reviews my error stay away from this company they are scammers.

I ordered a wig 8th September 2022. It never turned up. I’ve been emailing like crazy since. They finally emailed about a month ago saying they have ‘rushed my refund’. Guess what!!???!! Still waiting. No response. nothing. SCAM

Shame on them!!!Took over a month to receive the wig and instead of being a brown colour as ordered, it arrived in bright orange. I have been left in a very bad and disappointing situation as I have just gone through chemotherapy and needed a wig urgently due to hair loss. Avoid this company at all cost!!

I ordered a wig almost a year ago (12th January 2022). What a scam. A wig came not even the same colour. I sent it back and they said they would refund it and a almost a year later, still no refund. This site should be taken down. STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND It cost me $98.98 Australian $$$

Sadly I didn’t read these reviews and now am literally paying the price by getting an unwearable wig in July. I sent it back, they said the package and wig were damaged. After months of illiterate emails, they have now agreed to give me 50% of the price but we’ll see if I get it. Don’t buy from this site. Barbara

My experience has to be least of all frustrating. From receiving goods that were not correctly provided to being charged more for the 2 wigs than for what I was invoiced!!! Now I have wigs that are not wearable and I don't have an address where to return these wigs to receive a full refund!! Buyer beware from Scammers on line. I am so far out of pocket $411.88

I should have read the other reviews before throwing my money away to these scammers! Product is very different to the description,unable to be used. They won't refund me until I pay the very expensive return postage, and then they said that is ONLY if they receive it and it's not damaged. Well, you know how that ends. Do NOT give them your money!

The absolute worse wig sellers I’ve ever bought from! My Mother purchased a wig from them. It arrived absolutely nothing like the picture. I complained and they offered me a 10% refund. I insisted on returning the item for a full refund. I sent via tracking and was alerted when it arrived. They denied receiving it and 3 months later, the parcel was returned to me. Happy to post pics of the item ordered and the pathetic $2 wig that arrived. My Mum lost $250 to these thieves

Ibuywig. DO NOT deal with this company.!!!!!! I ordered a wig for my mother and when it finally arrived -it is nothing like the one pictured . In fact it is the most appalling wig I have seen. We paid over $200 for this wig. And I can’t express how ridiculous it is. It is a joke and has not been curled or shaped in anyway. It does not fit well and the hair is sticking up every where. I am furious. This company should not be trading.

I wish I had read the reviews before making my $230 purchase. Wig was not as shown in picture and quality was really bad. When i requested a refund I was told that it wasn't possible and that it couldn't be returned without all the hassle. The offered 10% discount and I negotiated 30% ...which they agreed but still no refund. These guys are scammers and worse of all they are still able to operate and rip-off buyers. Their sites should be blocked!

It took months for my wig to arrive, it was nothing like the pic so fake it looked like something a clown might wear. Over $200 wasted. I complained in an email, they told me to wash it and it would settle down. My reply to that was, then i cant send it back as it will be a used item. They asked me to send pics of the wig on me, which i did. They offered me a 10 percent discount which i replied to .....No thanks i would my $200 refund. They sent me an address to send the wig back, along with this message..... your wig may get lost on its way back to china because we dont always get mail. Then told me it would be more than $50 to post it back and probably more money as it would be customs charges as well. Yes i have given up. They are all crooks please dont buy anything from this China company . K.W. Perth.
