Working with Icon has been great. They are always open to feedback and tweaking new ad sets that come in, and we couldn't be happier.

We’ve had a great experience working with ICON so far. The process has been super smooth from start to finish, and their team really takes the time to understand your brand and what you’re trying to achieve.

The quality of the UGC has been solid, and what stands out most is how easy they make it to get content produced quickly without a ton of back and forth. It’s been a huge help for testing new creatives and scaling our ads.

Definitely recommend if you’re looking to streamline your UGC workflow and get consistent content out!

Working with ICON and Gabriela has been such an amazing experience. They are on top of everything and they know what your audience is looking for. The scripts the Gabriela came up with were honestly so good, I was shocked since my previous experience with other agencies had me rewriting almost everything. It was easy, seamless, and they deliver on what they promise! I could not recommend them enough!

Have been using Icon for a while now. Fast reply when we needed revisions or clarifications on the ads generated. Briefing system for human UGC ads is designed well and videos are in high quality. We experienced some service disruption when Icon was doing a system upgrade, but since then, the platform has been effective and helpful to my team.

Flexible and fast. The platform is quickly evolving, so you get the benefits of constant enhancements, but also need to be patient with a product in rapid development.

The pricing is very competitive, and having built-in competitor analysis and creative generation tools is a huge plus. While we experienced some initial platform lag and delivery delays, the quick support team helped us resolve everything promptly.

Great agency for video ads with UGC and AI content

We love the creative that we get from ICON. Diverse characters with stories that convert. They are open to our design ideas and respond quickly. This has been a good addition to our design flow for both organic and paid media.

Icon has helped me - a solopreneur - get ad creatives as if I were a MUCH BIGGER company.

I think their editors are waaay better than the ones I have from Upwork...

We’ve had a fantastic experience with Icon finding creators that match our brand. Icon has also been great about revisions or iterations when requested, they’ve handled them quickly and professionally.

I've been using Icons managed UGC video service where they source creators (real, not AI) and help write scripts for you. The service also includes a content strategist to help guide the brief creation and help you iterate for your next brief based on what's working. I'd definitely recommend the service, it's a great value as a small business looking for diverse content from real creators.

I'm now on my 3rd month with Icon and I'll keep renewing! I work with them for UGC content creation, static assets, VEO assets, and ad management and honestly I've been happy with all of the above. Their team is extremely responsive and really thinks outside of the box when it comes to content. Results are also pretty clear, since they've taken over our account with creative and management, they've reduced our CAC by 24% and we're seeing incremental lift. They continue to improve their platform and add new features as well. Worth it imo.
