We did not expect much support on the free plan, so this was a pleasant surprise.

The issue with Cyrillic characters had been there for a while, but the team followed up and it is now resolved.

I’ve had a very positive experience with MailerSend so far. The platform is clean, modern, and easy to integrate, especially from a developer perspective. The documentation is well structured, the API is straightforward to use, and the setup process was simple overall.

What I especially appreciate is the professional verification process and the focus on legitimate transactional email usage. Support communication has also been clear and helpful during onboarding.

Overall, MailerSend feels reliable, developer-friendly, and well suited for modern web applications.

Their AI bot can be very useful, but if you need the human touch, they're really quick to reach out and help.

Incredibly poor customer service. Constantly changing service levels, and unresponsive. There are far better options out there that will work with you to succeed.

Reviewed my first send, where MailerSend was concerned that I had some bad email addresses on my list. It was an error on my part, so they have now been removed. It's refreshing working with a team that both understands deliverability, speaks to you and listens, and helps rectify the issue instead of some bot or algorithm.

I had a great experience with MailerSend's support team, especially Glenn. Initially, my account wasn't approved due to a DNS misconfiguration on my end. Glenn provided very clear and professional assistance, and after I explained the situation, he manually re-evaluated and approved my account within minutes. The responsiveness and efficiency are top-notch. Highly recommended for any developer looking for reliable transactional email services!

Biggest waste of time. After investing months and money into a system I built to solely use Mailersend, now they are coming up with stupid requirements that have nothing to do with anything. Do you have legal grounds to contact the person? Wtf are you even on about. Anyway I wouldn't your time. Look for a better provider.

I had issues with my mail server sending unusual mails and i couldn't track it down , the guys in Mailsender were exceptionally helpful in finding the issue and helping me resolve the incorrect emails that were getting generated by my server. I'm very happy with the assistance and the service

Fast help, reliable

It does what its designed for.
No problems using the smtp relays and technical services. Support is super fast, there are warnings and hints regarding the reputation so you can react fast changes occurs in the smtp usage. Right now I'm using the free plan, since the last change the limits are a bit low but it's still fine.

MailerSend support has great service. First contact is by AI agent which is very user-friendly and clear where AI chat explain where the human service is rewquried.
In the second contact where the needs for the human service is specified, an answer is fast, short and clear what results in quick solving an issue

Cette plateforme a procédé à un prélèvement sur mon compte la veille même de suspendre mon accès, et ce sans justification claire. Il est particulièrement problématique de constater que l’entreprise indique également ne pas effectuer de remboursements, même dans ce type de situation.

En pratique, cela signifie que vous pouvez être facturé puis perdre l’accès au service immédiatement après, sans possibilité de recours.

Par ailleurs, au-delà de ce problème de facturation, l’outil lui-même est loin d’être à la hauteur de ce qui est annoncé. Les performances sont globalement décevantes et le rapport qualité-prix devient rapidement excessivement élevé par rapport aux alternatives disponibles sur le marché.

Je recommande donc la plus grande vigilance avant de s’abonner. Il existe aujourd’hui de nombreuses solutions plus fiables, plus transparentes et mieux tarifées.
