Icon Parking - ASPEN 36 LLCレビュー 

I was just charged an additional $27.46 on top of my reservation fee of $33. I got to the garage at 9:47 pm and the attendant said I owed more or he wouldn't give me my car. I showed him my reservation below that shows I paid and had till 9:48 pm but he wouldn't listen. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. I would like my money refunded please.

The only negative was the lack of normal phone connectivity in the garage, but the attendant was able to connect to the local network to complete our transaction.

When I went pick up my car they said that they couldn’t find it. After I insisted it was there they found d it. So unprofessional.

Fast courteous service

It is really nice parking-no line, friendly staff. Price was great. it is not that far from Metropolitan opera. So If weather is okay, it is fine to walk a little more that 10 minutes.

I have been using Icon parking exclusively over the last 5 years. I had been to this location before and found everyone to be very friendly..except for my last 2 visits. So on the previous visit, I entered and theybwere moving some cars around. The attendant told me to keep moving up..so I pasted the "stop here" sign. When I got out of the car he actually scolded me for going past the stop sign. Even though he was the one who told me to keep moving forward. Today I entered the same location and in order not to repeat the same thing i stopped just short of the "stop here" sign and when I got out he actually told me next time to go all the way to the stop sign..there were no other cars mo i g and i was not blocking anyone. He just seems very rude.

When picked up car, no one spoke English and person in paying station was yelling or us to go there while there was a car blocking entrance

The person who parked our car was so nice, professional, and helpful. The facility was clean. We felt comfortable leaving our car there. The service was quick and efficient when we returned for it.

I always feel like if I tell folks how great these guys are, there will never be parking available for me !

Parking at this location is excellent. The guys are courteous, place great care in your vehicle, and are priced right. Of the thousands of places I can park in NYC, this is my most preferred location.
