App is easy to use and I was able to find a location very convenient to my destination. Price was reasonable compared to other parking options in Manhattan. Will definitely use Icon again.

My wife left her car keys home. The attendant was willing to keep her phone so he could move the car. He went a bit beyond what was required.

As noted in our reservation terms, any time spent parked outside of your reserved time is subject to additional charges. While the delay was approximately 15 minutes, the overage did extend beyond your reservation window, which is why the charge was applied.

Got to parking lot a little late, the assistant was very professional and took care of me upon ny arrival. No issues excellent price 4 hrs for $33. Unbeatable price and location.

Double charge
I pre-paid $48, and then when I picked up my car the attendant said I was late by 30 mins and had to pay another $37. He said the system showed a different end time from my actual reservation confirmation, and wouldn't give me my car until I double-paid.

It was easy to check in and check out. The whole experience was very easy. I booked online and just showed them my phone that was it.

I would use them again…
We used Icon to reserve a spot at this lot while we were in Times Square to watch a musical. It was an easy process. They brought our car came up quickly when we returned for pick up.

Service was not that prompt
Service was not that prompt. I had trouble understanding what they were saying. I also noticed if I didn’t reserve the space ahead of time the price would have beeen more than double.

Wonderful experience
The Spanish gentleman who lives in the Bronx was wonderful!! I'am sorry I didn’t get his name. He was patient, kind and friendly. Will park here again!! Last parking lot on 26th tried to rip me off and this time had a great experience.
