Icon parking was very easy to find ,close to the venue the valet was very nice .I also was able to find a coupon code that bought the price down .will definitely use icon again.

Paring was full, had to look for somewhere else
When I got to the parking garage it was full and I was told: nothing I can do, go find somewhere to park.
I had to look for parking in Manhattan with the streets covered in snow and limited parking. You should mark places full so at least I know I cannot trust you and go somewhere else.

Horrible service
Horrible service. Made me make a reservation on the spot. If you have space, why not just accept the car.
I made the reservation then the worker magically took my car.
When I went to pick up my car within the time slot I paid for, the worker kept saying, ‘There’s a problem.“ The problem wasn’t mine because y’all already took my money, I just wanted my car to leave and he made me wait 10 extra minutes for no reason.
Horrible service and policies. I hate this business
