Very nice and helpful attendant. Your app stinks! Can't get the bar code reader to read the code because your app will not allow the picture to minimize. The attendant had to write down the number to process my stay.

What's Gone Wrong With ICON!
For the second time in less than a month, ICON accepted my reservation & $$ but failed to email me the necessary info to show the parking agent when I arrived. I was held up for 30 minutes, making me late to my event, then forcing me to pay the going rate on top of the ICON rate I had already authorized against my credit card.
The same SNAFU occurred today, although I had anticipated the problem, called ICON Help line and
had fall-back information that the attendant finally accepted.
I have been delighted with ICON and used your services for a number of years. What's going on?
I will not use your system again until you assure me that you have solved this seemingly basic process.
For me to go into NYC, as I have been doing for half a century or so, now costs me $7 tolls on the NJ Turnpike; $17 for the Lincoln Tunnel, and $9 Congestion pricing. Add the $60+ I paid for parking today, and you see why I want a more reliable parking arrangement than ICON is now offering.
I expect a response asap.

The parking garage was full of cars, yet organized and efficently run.
The parking attendants were polite and professional.

No space although I have a reservation?
Nice attendant .
We have a reservation arrived on time at the parking garage.
The attendant greeted me with we are full. I explained that I’ve paid reservation and showed him the app with my details.
He told me that the Icon people don’t know that he’s full and he doesn’t have space. It took me five minutes to convince him to take my car.
He’s a nice guy, but I think that Icon has to train their people better.
