Best garage on 10th Avenue
Not only is this garage centrally located in midtown, but the people working there are the nicest around. An example is: When we picked up the car around 10 pm, a garbage truck was blocking half of the exit, one of the employees went out into the street to let me know when it was safe to exit.

TICKET INCREASE
Extremely unhappy with the price increase on my oversize car. I have a range rover 2023 and I was aware that the price will increase. I made my reservation through the app and was charged $23.00. When I arrived Sunday morning (10/12/25) at roughly 10 am the attendant told me that I will be charged 15 dollars more despite the reservation. I replied and stated that it was ok no problem. I came back in the afternoon around 3:30 pm and the attendant said that the charge now was 25.00 more than what I had already paid. I argued and told him that the previous attendant said it was$15.00 more. He then proceeded to state that he can not do anything because the system does not allow him to make changes nor revise pricing. What is the point of reserving when the app does not allow you to place overprice and now the attendants raise the price and can not help. Attendant proceeded to say that it is my problem and not his without trying to help. Do better.
Reply to response: If you read what I wrote, I stated that I was aware that a price increase was going to happen which I replied to the attendant that it was ok. Attendant said price increase would be 15 dollars more which I said no problem too.
My issue is that I got charged $25.00 more than I was previously told.

Garage Charged 18.00 more to get my car out
I secured a parking spot online for 28.00. When i arrived i showed the attendant my confirmation. He said ok and took my keys. When i returned he said i had to pay an additional 18.00 because i had an suv ( honda pilot). There was nothing mentioned when i booked this lot and nothing mentioned when i dropped off my car. This is a scam. I should not have been forced to pay another 18.00. After i had already paid for parking in order to get my car. You are crooks

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We always strive to make the booking process as easy as possible for you and are sorry to hear that you were unaware of our oversize vehicle fee. Please note that your confirmation email states that an oversized fee will be collected at the location if your vehicle does not meet the standard requirement. The general rule that determines if a vehicle is oversize requires the vehicle to be 181 inches in length or longer, or, 65 inches in height or higher.
customer abuse
I made the reservation and paid, but when I got there, they wouldn't let me in because it was full. I told them I'd already paid and how I could get my money back. They said they'd talk to the manager. They never came back. I tried to cancel 5 minutes before, but the website system wouldn't let me in.

That should not have happened, and we understand how frustrating it must have been, especially after already making payment and attempting to cancel when you realized there might be an issue.
I've escalated your case for review and will ensure a full refund is processed for your unused reservation. You will receive a confirmation once the refund has been issued, and it should appear on your original form of payment within 7–10 business days.

It would be five stars except the…
It would be five stars except the attendant tried to upcharge me $18.00 for an "oversized" vehicle. I complained that I had never been charged for parking as an oversized vehicle at Icon garages in the approximate ten years or more I have used Icon, and would be filing a complaint. The attendant then returned my money.
