Good experience

Communications were solid from IdealWine (even though they are based in France and I an the USA) customer service was very responsive, and shipping and quality quite good.

Probably the best catalogue of wine available online between the fixed price and auction to acquire wine inaccessible otherwise, and super protective delivery available also in Germany (thanks !). My go-to website to find the pairing a memorable evening

Proffesinal advice on wine characteristics in particular vintage, fast shipping service, an impressive range of products. Like the way auction is functioning, transparent and prompt!
