Scandalosi, ho ordinato degli stivali per la mia fidanzata a metà dicembre, sono arrivati dopo un mese ed erano modello colore e taglia sbagliata, sto cercando di farmeli cambiare ma é passato un altro mese e ancora nessuno é venuto a prenderli, alle email non risponde piu nessuno… stateci alla larga non sono per niente seri

I odered a pair of pumps from them that turned out to be too small. I sent them back, got a confirmation from the company that they would refund me within the next 30 work days and now almost a year later I have not received said refund, despite numerous attempts to contact them, remind them and ask them when I could expect it.

Finger weg,keine seriöse firma, ich habe Stiefel bestellt angeblich war 70 % reduziert sollte zwichen 5-10 tagen geliefert werden,öfteren email schreiben bekam ich die Stiefel nach 3 monat später,na ja die Stiefel sind nicht in guter Qualität eher für 20 Euro Ware habe dafür 270 euro bezahlt,zürückschicken würde ich eher lassen,sonst bekommt man Geld nicht mehr zurück bei dem vielen kommentaren hier....

He tenido una experiencia muy negativa con Identità Shoes. El envío, que te cobran, llegó con mucho retraso y, tras devolver el producto a mi cargo, por supuesto, y constar como entregado desde el 7 de enero de 2026, sigo sin recibir el reembolso ni una respuesta clara por parte de la empresa. Su política de devoluciones es confusa y poco favorable al cliente; por todo ello, no volveré a comprar ni puedo recomendar esta marca a nadie.

I had the worst experiance. I returned the shoes and i am waiting almost 3 years for the refund.

Vous êtes exagérément malhonnêtes. J ai commandé en janvier 2025. La chaussure a été livré en février en mauvais état semelle pendante et une pointure au dessus! J ai renvoyé la chaussure et un an plutard je n’a toujours pas reçu mon remboursement. J ai laissé de multiples mails plus de réponses. Presque 300 euros dans l’eau!

Complete scam. Do not order from this company. Customer service does not reply to emails. I ordered on January 5th sent several emails after the 8-10 business days because I never received a tracking number on the shoes. Now I’m having a hard time getting a refund from them because I paid for them on Affirm. Now I have to pay back $400+ on a order that was never shipped.

I order mı boots 3 January , today 26 January still I don’t have order , I pay money , I write to them several Tim’s they say always somthing different order coming after 7-8 days , than 4-6 days And bla bla bla , they layers, I think I don’t get my boots and money , I’m not recommend this site .

Shoes are of great quality. We placed order (supposed to ship in 5-8 days) shoes didn't ship till almost a month later.

Were promised a gift certificate for initial delay. Great received. Also supposed to receive a SECOND GIFT CERTIFICATE due to not arriving by Christmas. Customer Service has stopped answering emails. No response by Instagram just like disappeared. Would not order again if my opinion matters as although quality is good never know when shoes will be shipped / received

Never trust this company. Has the worst customer service. Ordered shoes a month ago, with still no update or delivery. Scam 👎

Absolutely uncomfortable shoes. Return and refund not possible. Too expensive for this quality and service.

Ich hab im Dezember Schuhe bestellt! Diese habe ich im Dezember storniert, da keine Benachrichtigung hierzu erfolgte. Im Januar wurden welche versandt und ich soll jetzt die Retoure bezahlen ?! Nogo

Niente è andato per il verso giusto stivali ordinati da mio figlio all'inizio di dicembre come regalo di Natale per la sua ragazza e aspettati per oltre un mese (ovviamente arrivati dopo Natale). Finalmente arrivati il 7 di gennaio ma di 6 taglie più piccoli. Ora attendo la taglia giusta da 15-20 giorni. Non c'è una grande serietà a mio parere e nemmeno tanto rispetto per il cliente considerato che i prezzi sono tutt'altro che abbordabili. Grazie

Whilst the shipment was very delayed, when the items were ready they were able to rush them too me so they arrived just in time. Appreciate them doing all they could to expedite and it was great to be in touch with an actual person during the whole process.

Schoenen besteld 2/12/2025. Na veelvuldige mails krijg ik een mail van een refund van de transportkosten . Ze liegen en bedriegen owv interne problemen. Blijf er van weg. Het is nu 22/01/26 en nog steeds niks ontvangen noch mijn geld teruggekregen. Als ik mijn geld niet terugheb binnen de week dien ik klacht in bij de Italiaanse politie

If I could give 0, that would be too high.
I ordered two pairs of pumps; one blue and one leopard. Gorgeous design, quality however - absolute and utter disaster. My order was 120 mm height, and what I got was not 120 mm it was 100 mm.
Secondly, I have small feel 36 EU - their shoes are so narrow that it hurts to even put them on. Third: 22 cm in length - was not long enough for a foot to comfortably sit in heel. After much careful crème application the leather started to crack yet they had no intention to get any more wearable or/and comfortable to wear. It is unbearable to sit in them let alone walk in them. Keep in mind: I regularly wear 120 mm high heel - so I did expect them to be slightly uncomfortable at the beginning but after a while I can run in them. Identita shoes - nothing so bad has happened to Italy since Musolini.

The shoes were ordered for my niece to wear at her wedding. Unfortunately it transpired they had to be manufactured as were not in stock at the time of ordering. Being over the Christmas period this was a delayed process. Nevertheless the team at Identita were very responsive to my concerned emails regarding delivery of the shoes on time. They assured me the shoes would be dispatched by a specific date and indeed they were. The courier received the shoes on a Friday and they were delivered on Monday in plenty of time for the special day. The shoes are a lovely quality, just as described/pictured on the website. We are very happy with them. 100% recommend.

No comprate, perché e una fregatura ti mandano l’articolo macchiato, richiedi cambio, ti dicono che e in produzione poi fanno passare il tempo, cosi non poi piu richiedere rimborso.. sconsiglio vivamente

This company is a scam, you return items and they never refund the money to you, providing fake photos of refunds, also you can’t even comment on they’re instagram because they limited the comments.

Do not buy from them.
