We spent 2 full days viewing properties with Katy from Idiliq. She understood our requirements and nothing was too much trouble. We have ended up making an offer on one of the properties we viewed. Katy arranged second viewings and also accompanied us to the lawyers to sort out our limited power of attorney. All in all the process so far has been easy and efficient - and we feel we got great service from Idiliq. I should also add that Katy’s colleague, Sue was also very helpful.

Joanne has been fantastic from start to finish. I really valued how she was “on my side”. She considered what was best for me and put my needs first. She was knowledgable and friendly and I highly recommend

Just wanted to share the excellent service I’ve had from Chris Antoszkiewicz during my recent property search in the Mijas area. Chris has been proactive and enthusiastic, keen to understand our needs and coming up with some excellent properties for us to view. I recommend him wholeheartedly to any prospective property purchaser in the Costa Del Sol area.

Flew over to Malaga and stayed at IDILIQ resorts whilst looking at properties. All staff were amazing, friendly & very accomodating! Michelle & Suze being the first two ladies we met were absolutely fantastic and super friendly. Very helpful also! Courtney was the Agent signed to us to look for a suitable property, and she was fantastic! Picked myself and my husband up on time and took us around the Island, so as we could view all of the lovely properties she had chosen for us within our budget and preference. We were both comfortable immediately with Courtney, very chatty, she gave us a lot of useful information about the areas/surrounding areas that we were viewing. Very enjoyable experience, Courtney is so down to earth and lovely making the experience as enjoyable as it was! See you soon guys! Fantastic services!

We were first time property buyers in Spain and originally met Katy Mazen from Idiliq estates at the Place in the Sun exhibition in June 2023. Katy knew the area we were looking at (Costa Del Sol) and was able to give us insight and advice into the pros and cons of buying a property in Spain. After providing our brief and budget we met in Spain one month later and she showed us ten properties that fell within that brief. Just 4 months later we have now completed on our property and along the way Katy always kept us informed, gave us the right advice and was always on hand to take us to various properties during (what ended up as) several trips to Spain. Buying a property can be a stressful experience but on this occasion it genuinely wasn’t and we are delighted with the help and support we received from Katy.

Nikki our estate agent helped me find my dream home. She picked me up for the viewings, was so nice, funny, very informative, professional and took me to see lovely properties that actually matched what I was looking for. She found me the perfect property on day 2, how amazing is that. She listens to what the client wants and delivers. I cannot praise Nikki enough. If you are looking to buy a property in the Costa del Sol I would highly recommend Nikki at Idiliq Estates. They are an excellent estate agent. I am moving from the UK.

They gave a selection of different types of property to view in line with our specifications in various locations. Nikki gave excellent advice and we trusted her thoughts and ideas. The company have been brilliant in understanding that we are only in the stages of research and have not pushed us at all into buying right away. We will certainly carry on our search with Idiliq.

Katy was great! From the first dialogue in the UK the communication was excellent. Katy showed us lots of properties that ticked the boxes we requested, she did throw a few curve balls in too!! Niiki is amazing....we viewed a range of lovely apartment and then chose one to buy. Responsive, honest and no nonsense.

We had strong image what we wanted and we were able to force our previous expectations

My partner and I found Idiliq Estate on the internet and they were one of few estate agencies we initially contacted. But they were the only one that were quick to respond and eager to engage with us. Kimberley and Chris couldn’t be more helpful. We felt they listened to our requirement and took onboard everything we told them. Before our arrival to Spain, we got really good rapport with Chris. He was answering our various questions prior our trip quickly and professionally. He is friendly, easygoing person, who takes his job seriously. He arranged a number of viewings over 2 days we had and at the end with his help and contacts, we found our dream property during our very short trip. We honestly thought we’d have to travel at least 2-3 times to Spain to find our new home, but thanks to Chris’ hard work, it only took one trip. Due to time constraints, we had to see the solicitors on 3rd day early morning before going back to the airport and Chris managed to organise it without any problems. He was with us every step through the purchase process. We are now proud owners of the property in Spain and this wouldn’t happened so speedy and effortlessly, if it wasn’t for Chris. He’s the best estate agent we have ever met and we have bought a number of properties over the years. We would highly recommend Chris and Kim and Idiliq Estates.

First rate service from Chris from beginning to end. Chris was recommended to us by friends who had bought a holiday home through him recently. My wife and I had talked about buying a holiday home, but never taken it very far because of what we percieved as the practical difficulties in finding and buying a property abroad. Our friends told us how simple Chris had made the entire process and so we were delighted to be able to rely on his expertise to guide us through it. He understood our brief, gave us some great advice, headed off some potential mistakes that we probably would have made if doing this alone. We were in regular contact on WhatsApp and then arranged to go out to Spain to meet him. He showed us some fabulous properties and gave us his honest and helpful opinions on each. When we found something we liked, he arranged a second viewing (and took us back despite it being his day off!) He was also able to point us in the right direction for sorting out the formalities and legalities.
In short, we would not have bought our holiday home without having found Chris to help us through the process. I cannot reocmmend him highly enough.

It was a great service. My husband contacted the office in the evening and the next day we were viewing properties.
