It was a great service. My husband contacted the office in the evening and the next day we were viewing properties.

We are UK residents looking for a holiday home type place to spend 3-4 months in sunshine every year! We looked at more than 10 properties in Costa Del Sol and Wyndham was a perfect choice for us requirements. Jimmi was really helpful in showing us around, explaining how everything works in Spain, helped us asses all the options properly and introduced us to the solicitors as well. Really positive experience with Idiliq.

Very accurate and correct were the company representatives Chris Antoszkiewitz and Kimberly Mc Luckie.
My needs were quickly recognized and the offers were carefully selected for me.
The buyer's interests were taken into account when viewing every property, and in the case of the property purchased, Chris helped very well to reach an agreement.
His advice on local real estate was very good. He was also a great help to me in arranging the purchase, as I was no longer on site at that time, and he always represented my interests.

From first meeting Katy at “A Place In The Sun” exhibition I felt I was in the right hands. She was knowledgeable, and professional and listened to ascertain what I was looking for. Kimberley then followed up on our meeting and again discussed my requirements and confirmed I would be able to find what I was looking for within my budget. Our 3 day tour in Spain was extremely well planned and varied. I felt confident and happy with the whole experience from start to finish and came home having agreed a sale on my dream home.

Kimberley was our original contact and she took on board our requirements accurately and set up the viewings for our arrival. Unfortunately she couldn’t be there for our visit so Chris stepped in.
Chris was friendly, polite, respectful and gave us some really useful insights and tips to ownership in the area.
In the end he lined up 3 properties that ticked all our boxes. We made offers on all 3 and, with some sweet talking, Chris was able to reach an agreement on one.
We’re now the proud owners of a lovely apartment in La Cala!
