3rd time that we have used Ignite for gas appliance servicing. Ian arrived on time and was courteous, helpful and totally professional throughout. Sensibly priced too. Won't go anywhere else.

Highly recommend
Had an electric shower and new bath taps fitted. Great job, courteous and left the bathroom clean and tidy. Was very helpful before the fitting in guidance on which shower to purchase and the was a really good price.
Will definitely keep in mind for any other future projects.

Problem was not fixed
Problem was not fixed. This company, apparently, do not fix internal blocked pipes. Strangely the second plumber did and had no problem diagnosing the issue and resolving it. This company suggested we pay for the external sewage system to be checked (which we did and it was perfectly clear) after paying them £198. I would not recommend them simply because they did not fix the issue when another plumber easily did.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry you feel that you have not received the service that you expected. The £198 inc Vat was to supply and install the replacement cistern internals as your toilet was making a noise and our engineer explained to you and your family member that these needed to be replaced to stop the noise. I assume these replacement parts that you have been charged for has resolved the issue of the noise when the toilet was flushed. This price was quoted before any work was completed. On the initial visit there was no mention that the toilet was blocked or not flushing away. You contacted us a week after our engineer's visit to say that the toilets were blocked, and our engineer returned with no charge and advised that the external drainage should be inspected as both upstairs and downstairs toilets were affected. This usually indicates an external blockage. We were not given the opportunity to return to rectify this issue after the external drainage was inspected. We have tried our best to fix this and have answered all calls and emails. I can only apologise that you feel this way.
Renewal of toilet insides
Person arrived at planned time to compleat the work I was also kept up to date as to arrival time (renewing inside of toilet) Work was completed efficiently and in good time I was able to plan for costs involved using prior quote This prevented issue from becoming a bigger problem and an emergency at a future time.Will use company again in the future

Great level of service!
We had 2 separate visits from Ignite Plumbing Services (Scotland) Ltd over the last few weeks. The first visit was for an initial boiler service, the second visit for an advanced heating system clean (including power flush of all radiators) and some remedial work due to the age of this property (20+ yrs).
We moved into this house just over 1 year ago, and had yet set up an inspection/ service of the existing boiler. I found Ignite Plumbing Services (Scotland) Ltd online, and after reading the reviews, I didn't hesitate to contact the team.
I received a response to my initial email in a timely manner, and the following level of communication has been brilliant. On both visits, we had Ian come out to carryout the work. Ian was on-time, friendly, professional, and obliging - really couldn't ask for more!
We are over the moon with the difference this work has made to our heating system - a noticeable step change in efficiency!
I have now set up a care plan with Ignite Plumbing Services, which gives us peace of mind and assurance knowing that we are in safe hands!

I was in a panic as my electric shower…
I was in a panic as my electric shower gave up then my immersion heater broke down so no hot water. I thought I could get by without a shower so enquired about a new element for my hot water tank. Very fast, efficient and friendly service. Was kept informed fully throughout about when they would be out etc. absolutely no complaints and will use them again and furthermore have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family. Top job.

Very good experience using Ignite
Very good experience using Ignite. Provided a quote and had my heating working again within a week of making contact with them. Also competitively priced. Alan who attended was great. Explained the work carried out and was very approachable.

New radiators
Had my old radiators replaced.
Ignite plumbing came out relatively quickly to arrange for a quote and they were always on the end of the phone or an email to answer any questions that I had.
Ian was very helpful and professional. He also kept his work areas tidy and clean.

Outstanding Service, highly trained professionals!
My heating system stopped working…heat only going to one radiator. After many attempts to get this fixed and lots of ££’s later…I contacted Ignite plumbing service. I booked a full system flush which was really quick and simple through their Website.
On the day of my job the heating engineer (Ian) arrived on time and was both professional and friendly. Ian hit a couple of challenges as he was fixing the system, but took the time to diagnose the problems and fix them.
All in all, Ignite offers and outstanding high quality service, they are reliable and the price I paid was excellent.
Thank you so much, I will definitely use again and recommend to my friends.

A trustworthy company who know what they are doing.
We have used Ignite Plumbing a few times now and have never been left disappointed. Alan and his team are not only experienced and knowledgeable, but they actually care about the work they do. This means that every time we have called them out, we can relax knowing that our plumbing systems and boiler is in good hands.
For example, our older boiler failed its service on Wednesday and by Friday, Ignite Plumbing had installed us a brand new, top of the range boiler for a really reasonable price. That is a level of service that feels really rare these days. The engineers that came out were, as always, highly professional and hard working. What I really love about using this company is that they are easy to book, upfront completely about time lengths and costs and give you realistic expectations which means you know how the job is going to go. They never over promise and always deliver. They have even fixed issues caused by poorer workmanship from previous companies, yet never bad mouth anyone. Truly professional.
Everyone I have been in contact with, from their admin staff to their engineers, to the owner themselves is friendly, helpful and accomodating, which is an added bonus.
Don't think I could recommend this company enough and we plan on using them for all our future plumbing needs.

Excellent service from a professional team
Alan arrived on time to service our living flame gas fire. He prepared the area before he started to ensure there was no dirt on our carpets as he worked. He tested the fire and also the chimney and cleared up the area before he finished. Once again a great experience from Ignite Plumbing Service. Thanks again. Jim Derrick

Great service
We had used Ignite a couple of years ago when they completely updated our house after moving in, assisting with all replacement radiators, a new water tank, and multiple plumbing of under-floor pipes. They did a brilliant job. Used them again recently when our shower unit was leaking, and they were prompt to respond. They have also a great system of appointment scheduĺing which also means you get a phone text when they're on their way. Great service, and would use them again.
