I was an ambassador for this company & thought it was great sharing the opportunity with over 150 people & signing them up. Booking hotels were a great discount. We booked a flight to Hawaii in 2020 then the nightmare started. The airlines cancelled our flight due to the fact Hawaii would not allow flights. When calling the company Igo4less they told me they could not refund $ & only book new flights (fee was $79/person). I tried 4 times to get a flight booked & the last one they wanted to charge me over $900? I asked to be refunded my $$$ and still have not been refunded. When calling the airlines directly they told me as soon as the flight had been cancelled the $$$ goes back to the 3rd party (Igo4less). The company Igo4less refused to refund $$$ to my credit card as I asked them to help me & Igo4less refused them. According to the Federal Aviation Administration the federal government required all airlines to refund money. Why will Igo4less not refund $$$? I have called over a dozen times only getting run around. I received an email saying they are working on my account. Lies Lies. This is the worst traveling agency I ever had to deal with. They’re not reputable at all. If the airlines are refunding the $$$ what right does Igo4less get to keep the $$$ & not willing to honor this mandate? And the sad part is I can’t ever get a speak to an supervisor or Manager to directly talk to about this matter. Every time I speak to an customer service rep. to connect me to a supervisor or manager they either tell me no person is available or they will have one to call me back and they never do. You have definitely lost my business and respect, I will never in use your service again nor will I recommend any of my family or friends to you. I feel sad that I ever told any person about this company. I have a business & if I ever took people's $$$ & not performed services I would be out of business in a short time. Please tell every person you know not to use this company Igo4less because it is about getting $$$ & providing no service. How is that even legal???
PS they ask for date of experience & it has been several months & several dates.

This is the worst traveling agency I ever had to deal with. They’re not reputable at all. I booked a flight with them in 2020 before the pandemic hit, but unfortunately they canceled my flight several times due to the pandemic which is understandable, however when I tried to rebooked this flight a couple of weeks ago, they’re telling me my credit ticket has expired, saying it expired in April of this year and they sent me a notice in my email explaining this. Well I never got the email. Keep in mind there’s other airlines that are refunding or canceling dates of expiration all together on flights that was cancelled during the pandemic. So my question is why is Igo4less not willing to honor this mandate? And the sad part is I can’t never get a good contact phone number to speak to an supervisor or Manager to directly talk to about this matter. Every time I speak to an customer service rep. to connect me to a supervisor or manager they either tell me none’s available or they will have one to call me back and they never do. You have definitely lost my business and respect, I will never in use your service again nor will I recommend any of my family or friends to you. Sign unhappy and dissatisfied ex. Customer.

For some strange reason, I had unsubscribed and blocked this company and they have been able to avoid the memo I sent and has now been stalking me. Somehow this has become illegal and I need to know why is this company so persistent to overlook my memo? At this point, this is what lawyers would call harassment. For months I have sought to be removed from your fingers, especially since I have never used your services. Please stop emailing me, please

Just coming back from a 19 days trip. We went to France, Italy and Greece.
We book hotels, rent cars, activities with the IGO 4 less platform.

Everything went well. No probleme with the check in, we receive what we order and the follow up was well for the activities.

We book a cruise, it i got cancel. We receive our refund inside 30 days as it was promise.

Custumer service are good and professional.

I really compare with the others platform for cheap price and IGO always win. Unless you want to pay the extra fees to have the free cancellation.

Im planing a costa rica tryp for christmast and most of my hotels and activities is on IGO.

The only reason why I use another platform for one hotel, is that IGO didn't have it on their site.

Had an excellent experience receiving help with my bookings. Great rate! Received very satisfying results.
Only problem is locating a phone number to make a quick adjustment. No problems or complaints with the services given. Representative was more than helpful. She gets from me an "A"plus.

My friend gave me a free code back in Oct 2019 because I talked about my Vegas trip at the end of the month. Had a room but needed a flight..last minute, I know lol. It’s hard to get discounts on flights but the iGo platform saved me $20. I found out how I could give Good Will to my family and friends and help them save also. Now, this is all I use. The savings I’ve received have been incredible, on the 9 hotels I’ve saved £1268 and also had 2flights but only saved about £20, but also appreciate this industry the margins are very small.

when you flights day change nobody helps poor service no more

My United/Lufthansa flight to Toulouse, France on April 28th was cancelled by the airline so I had to go to the Booking Agency to receive a full reimbursement which occurred on June 24th. They said up front that it would take up to 60 business days to process the refund. This is because of the Covid-19 Pandemic an unusual event ,but they did come thru for the customer. This would be 5-star if the time frame could have been shorter.
