Just returned from Aria, our 5th Ikos experience and quite probably the best to date. Everything with Ikos is pleasing ....spotlessly clean, maintained to an extremely high level with the wonderful Anne Semonin aroma infused throughout the building. This resort in Kos has a layout that is extremely easy to navigate, flat and cleverly arranged. The only downside is the lack of a non deluxe adult only pool however the beach is gorgeous and the views stunning so it´s not the end of the world!
The staff are well trained to respond to guests in a friendly and happy manner. Generally excellent service throughout. Then there is the very important aspect of the catering and the food at this resort doesn´t disappoint and ranks better than we had previously experienced. And a word of recommendation, have breakfast in Flavors it´s a must, an outstanding array of choices.
With the costs varying depending on room type, we feel that overall this is a value for money holiday. Everything is fully inclusive & available in abundance, nothing is ever refused. For those alcohol lovers there is an endless provision of whatever tickles your fancy - be it shots, spirits or cocktails. Food is plentiful at all restaurants and trying several of the dishes is never a problem. It´s Ikos for us all the way and we look forward to experiencing other resorts particularly the new ones that are presently being constructed. It´s hard to find something that equals the feel and standard of this brand for the cost which appears expensive but when broken down to what is provided and covered in the charges, its actually not too bad. Massive shout out to Front of house manageress Karina who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we required, delivered in a professional and friendly way.
We will not hesitate to return to this amazing resort in Kefalos.

Fabulous! We went to Porto Petra in September and it was absolutely perfect, definitely worth all of the hype!
Excellent food, accommodation and staff.
Everything was made even more special by wonderful Oksana and Mohammad. We will be back!

We have been to three Ikos resorts and they are all fabulous. The staff are incredible and the whole holiday will spoil you for any other hotel.

We stayed at Ikos Andulsia in Spain at start of new season April/May and Ikos Dassia at the end of holiday season this year in October. Both resorts differed in benefits to all inclusive, although one brand. So both had many positives, like great for families (1 under 11 goes free for every 2 adults booking directly) and they have a beach and drinks menu for dining is comprehensive and wine cellar all included. However Dassia is VERY much, too geared towards family holidays, the adult only pools are both literally in front of eating areas which means is not a good quiet location and you’ve no privacy. Andulsia have nailed it better, yes they are by the restaurant but you are not overlooked by diners.

The resorts are 5 star but the service in both resorts were inconsistent sadly, the Andulsia we thought teething issues maybe as start of season but Dassia was probably slightly worse and it was end of season.

We would only recommend to those who are a family or a couple who loves the noise of children. One guest we met known as K said the Italian was like going to the canteen, she asked for better tables but each request she was told sorry children are everywhere. Her only consulation was the food was good!

Food quality in Flavours Buffet is pretty good quality in Dassia although the desserts need to be less chocolate and dairy based to make it more versatile. But the staff were awesome and I had fresh sea bream cooked for me personally 5 days in a row for lunch to avoid me eating grilled food with risk of meat contamination. The restaurant Anaya in both resorts was amazing food, and the beach club restaurant in Andulsia was our favourite to dine.

Is it good value to stay with Ikos? We would say it’s a bit pricey if you want peace & quiet and no children but they do a lot right to make it a nice stay but do need to work harder on training staff and get rid of the WhatsApp concierge who was rather hopeless and rude to us in Dassia resort and selective on what they responded to in Andulsia.

First time at Ikos having done Sensatori holidays for the past few years. We travelled as a family of five with three children, 15, 10 & 4.
The resort and staff were fantastic, it’s clear why the brand has the reputation it does. The food and drink cannot be faulted and the overall experience is great.
If I were being critical, it would be about the rooms, our three children slept on sofa & camp beds.. not really what we were expecting having booked what was described as a suite... The evening entertainment was also mediocre by comparison to what we have experienced in previous years with TUI.
Other than that, not bad at all!

We are at Ikos Aria on the island of Kos. The staff there could not do enough for you - we even had our sunglasses cleaned,It is clear that the staff are well trained. The resort general manager, Dimitris Tsaklas, went an extra mile to help us with grieving process for our daughter who had booked to be on this holiday , he shared his own life experience.
Big shout to our pool side waitress Maelle- always smiling and attentive.
I would recommend IKOS resorts, expensive but worthwhile.

We have just returned from a stay at Ikos Aria on the island of Kos. The staff there could not do enough for you - we even had our sunglasses cleaned on the beach - essential when you have two small grandchildren with you !! The brand is all about service and small details that make all the difference. Eg: the second row of sunbeds/umbrellas on the beach are staggered, so that you have an uninterrupted view of the sea. It is clear that the staff are well trained. The resort general manager enjoys interacting with the guests every day, and is happy to chat with everyone, which was lovely to see. Everywhere was clean and tidy with lovely garden spaces. The choice of bars, restaurants, pools, entertainment options are many and varied. I would highly recommend a stay at an Ikos resort (this is our second holiday with them). It is not a cheap holiday, but you do get what you pay for, and is well worth it.

Feel sad to write this review because I have always rated Ikos so highly but after our recent stay at Odisia in Corfu, I don’t think I will go to Ikos again. It was really poor in terms of cleanliness, service, food and beverage and general atmosphere. Such a shame but the resort needs a lot of work!

IKOS Dassia was a slice of paradise. Wonderful hotel with the most attentive staff who are committed to providing fantastic customer service.

Restaurants and quality of food was amazing. Favourite restaurants were Anaya and Ergon.

We booked a junior suite which was huge with a large bathroom, lounge and bedroom overlooking a lovely patio and garden area.

Probably one of the best resorts we have ever stayed in and will definately be back.

Stayed in both Olivia and Andalusia and loved both Ikos Resorts! I highly recommend them!!! It’s not cheap but it’s worth what you pay!

Simply the best family holiday you could ask for. You cannot find fault with the Ikos dassia resort, this is the standard all holiday hotels should gauge themselves by. The resort at Dassia is full, however, you can get in restaurants, get a sunbed on the blue flag stunning Sandy beach, or by one of the many Pools. Full food and drink service offered anywhere you are on the resort. Special mention to Apostolos our concierge, George the restaurant manager, Andreas and johana.

Our stay at Ikos Dassia was nothing short of extraordinary. The Superior Double Room Inland View exceeded our expectations with its spacious layout and practical amenities. A private garden area provided a serene escape, and the stocked minibar, customizable with advance requests, reflected the staff's dedication to guest satisfaction. If you find the pillows uncomfortable you can choose from a pillow menu.

The exceptional service was a hallmark of our stay. The staff's commitment to guest comfort was evident in every interaction. Marco, our concierge, was remarkable, taking care of our every need, from restaurant reservations to arranging the Tesla drive. The team's attention to detail was unparalleled, enhancing every dining and leisure experience.

The adult-only pool offered a serene escape, while the array of activities catered to every preference. Tandem parasailing and waterskiing were thrilling adventures, and the spa provided relaxation. The wine tasting experience was educational and engaging, and the sunset cruise to Corfu Town was a tranquil journey through history.

As for the dining experience, our journey was an exploration of flavours. I would highly recommend visiting each of the restaurants over the duration of your stay. The wine selection and cocktail options were extensive, while the breakfast buffet at Flavours was a masterpiece in itself. You can call ahead to request specific drinks/snacks and if they are available in Corfu, they will source these for you.

In conclusion, our stay at Ikos Dassia was a true masterpiece. The exceptional service, diverse activities, and tantalizing dining experiences set a new standard for luxury travel. We wholeheartedly recommend this establishment and eagerly anticipate our return, a testament to the unforgettable memories we've created here.

Amazing resort!! So attentive around the pools and beach. Room had a great sea view but was a little disappointed with the wardrobe size. Restaurants were excellent we did have issues with booking though. You definitely need to book in advance, Manager was very apologetic and 10/10 for his excellent service and he didn’t hesitate to put things right.
The water sports were superb! The beach was immaculate.
The bar staff in the Sky hotel were attentive and experienced, we even gave the nightclub. There were 2 adult pools and areas in the restaurants for adults seating and the children’s pools catered for everybody. Excellent choice of wines and cocktails could not fault the food. Highly recommend!!

Ikos Dassia. Service amazing, Very clean. rooms on the smaller side, our bathroom could only fit one person at a time. Towels old and worn - not fluffy hotel towels! Food was average - obviously cooked in batches and often not hot - had to send it back a few times. Witnessed a few people complaining. Had a nice time but wouldn’t book again.

Ikos resorts are really heaven on earth. We've just returned from a week at Ikos Dassia and I can truly say that I have never experienced better service anywhere in the world - on cruise ships or hotels. Ikos are simply superb. Their Ultra All Inclusive package is unbelievably good. Their staff so attentive. We are saving up for our next visit.

We went to the Ikos Aria in Kos for 7 days in September. I can honestly say I have never experienced a holiday like it. Outstanding. We were met at the door by our own member of staff who talked us through all that we could expect at this beautiful resort. When we got to our clean, spacious and bright room our cases were already there. The room had a beautiful view out to sea and a fully stocked mini bar. There are 7 restaurants with a selection of culinary delights and polite, attentive staff. At the Ouzo Bilys was exceptional as was Anna at Flavours. There are a number of pools including adult pool. Towels are provided and lie awaiting your arrival on the comfortable sun beds. The ocean is just yards away and the same applies. We used the Beach bar during the day and a special mention goes to Vasiliana and Isik who were so attentive . Special thanks to Alex there who kept putting baileys in my Vanilla milk shakes and rum in my chocolate ones lol. Music is occasionally provided by the DJ Pantiles. The music is unobtrusive and relaxing. In the evening we used the lobby bar, special mention here to the lovely Lucy who worked especially hard for us and provided biscuits when my wife had a sugar issue lol.
Entertainment in the evening was generally in the open theatre. My god how proffessional, how talented.
Nothing was too much trouble for the hard working staff. Without them that holiday would not take place. Booked to go back in September, that must speak volumes.

This was our second visit to an IKOS resort. Put simply this is the best all inclusive out there. The staff are outstanding from Jaime and Skerdi on reception to Maria who greeted us when we arrived. However its unfair just to name two as the entire staff were marvellous including the people who took care of our room, the ground staff, beach staff etc. The food was amazing and the entertainment was perfect. Thank God the Andalusia resort has a wonderful coastal walkway as it allowed us to walk off some of that super food. Thank you IKOS Andalusia for a wonderful holiday, we look forward to visiting you new locations in Portugal and Spain.

My wife and I have stayed at Ikos twice and it is nothing short of amazing! Literally from the warm towel to wipe down the second you walk in the lobby to the moment you leave, it's an incredibly relaxing and enjoyable experience. We are already planning our next trip as soon as we can save up. By far the best!
