iKoustic Soundproofing レビュー

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. My sound issue was very infrequent and minor, so I can't yet say exactly how effective the soundproofing is, but the product looks very good quality and was installed easily.

I filled in the information online and got a reasonable quote via email with everything needed to complete the job.
I had a few questions regarding my soundproofing project such as plug sockets and wall mounted tv, Oliver was able to answer these and was very knowledgable.
Placed my order and will be installing the soundproofing soon

Very helpful with the order and despite and issue with the basket it was soon resolved. Product seems very good and as described, muteboard 4 not yet fitted so can’t comment. Delivery as promised so very happy so far.

Great service, quick collection from their warehouse.

Good service. They are do what they promise.

Delivered next day as promised and reasonable delivery charge

Easy online purchase, prompt delivery, quality product

Ordering was easy, good quick delivery, arrived on time.

Reliable supplier with good contact points and quality products.

Amazing customer service , Oliver was very helpful and professional!

I can't fault the products. Worked a treat. I was a bit skeptical at first but my neighbor complained about me playing my electric drum kit so took the plunge. It cost roughly 600 pounds to sound treat a 2mx2m wall (without the cost of a stud wall). Get more acoustic caulk than you think. Will be doing the living room alcoves next. Highly recommend!!

Very good advice.
Very prompt delivery.

Highly reccomend IKoustic. Second time dealing with them and their delivery is always on time for me and very helpful on the phone

Very good, came all wrapped in plastic.

Exceptional service from start to finish. The product exceeded the customers expectations. Very happy all round and will certainly be using this company again

Very helpful, knowledgeable staff who are willing to help

After much consideration and research online, I purchased the MuteMat 3 Premium Plus. As far as I could tell, it was the right choice. Mats can reduce airborne noise and impact noise effectively. I have been in touch with ikoustic, and their customer service is excellent. They are very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions you may have. Also, the delivery service is top-notch, as the items were delivered off a lorry. Because of their weight, it's understandable that they cannot be delivered inside, but I wish it was possible. The mat itself is also very heavy-duty and good quality.
