Our shipping time has been delayed per our website (the banner at the top - https://illusionphotograph.com/pages/covid-19-policy-illusionphotograph), and I see you ordered March 4- all of our orders are made to order, and shipping takes 20-40 days. I’m sorry you left a 1 star but I’m certain once you receive the case you will love it

Note that we have a policy at the top of our page that addresses the shipping times of our wallet cases: https://illusionphotograph.com/pages/covid-19-policy-illusionphotograph - Additionally, on the item itself, it does acknowledge that it can take anywhere from 20-40 days for the item to be delivered (for wallet cases only). That said you ordered Feb 28, I anticipate you should be in receipt of your product by end of next week or sooner. If there is anything I can do to make your experience better, please let me know.

I ordered the "life is short " phone case. It was adorable, but unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. I received it in a very timely manner. When I realized I had ordered the wrong size, they were helpful instructing me how to make a return. They were vey fast in responding to my questions. Thumbs up!!!
