It took awhile but they got here in Australia

No do not purchase any products from these imposters. The product took almost 2 months to arrive and I didn't even try to use. Everything on the label was written in Chinese.

Like the others I would give them no stars if I could. Gave me 3 different tracking numbers. said my package was coming from Ireland but then other tracking said China. my PayPal said the company name was Unhyy Tech.Said my package was delivered. Found out it was delivered to the wrong address. They did nothing to try to make their customer happy. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS>.

Beware! This is a scam website. They have said they had shipped my order twice and now saying it was delivered but it never was. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE

I ordered there auto phone holder it was never sent they stole $ 45.00

Absolute scam company! I ordered something on November 10 for Christmas and it took 60 days to get to me! I asked for a refund after about three weeks and they kept putting me off telling me oh just wait till you get the item you will love it and then we can talk about it. I reached out to them three times to tell them I do not want this or need this any longer. I want a refund. Now they are just ignoring me. Never ever again! Complete rip off.

I ordered 4 make up bags on 11/30/25 and I still did not receive them. Total scam. My mistake for not researching company first. I am reporting to instagram as that is when the add appeared.

This is a scam company. DO NOT BUY from them. I received my shirt a month late, it was nothing like was advert, the size was compile and when you ask for a refund they just keep sending emails saying they are sorry. Don’t buy anything off of social media.

Wish I could give zero stars. Never received my product and they refuse to give me a refund. After 35 days, they gave me a new tracking number with the product still in China. 🚩

My leggings arrived 30+ days after I ordered. They were too small so I immediately contacted customer support for a return. They refused to let me return them and told me I’d have to pay a return fee which will be “very expensive to me”
After looking Into my credit card statement I noticed they charged me $9 for “super fast shipping” that still took over 30 days- but they also added a charge of $8 that they later claimed was a system error.
After repeatedly going back and forth with customer service regarding a refund they stopped replying altogether.
So now I’m stuck with leggings that don’t fit and I’m out $30 I’ll never see.
This company is a Scam!!! Avoid them!!!

Honestly I wouldn’t have give one star but it was the only way to access the review section. This is an awful, dishonest, and scam of a company. You will lose your money and you may never receive whatever it was you ordered. I don’t understand why this company is allowed to advertise on Facebook. I will be reaching out to them in an effort to have them removed from Facebook to keep others from being scammed. Don’t order from this company. I wished I had checked this site before ordering from them.

Should have checked here before placing an order. Illutminate is a scam. I never received the product, and customer service was nonexistent. I did what they are hoping every customer will do, give up. Do not order from this company. SCAM

HORRIBLE TO DEAL WITH! waited 2 months for a sweatshirt finally at post office sauing I needed postage That I already paid They said since I refused it they cant refund entire amount of 48.53 They will only give me 19.99

Horrible experience. I received a damaged top and they won’t replace it or refund the full cost. It was a flaw or major imperfection in the material itself and this company wont take any accountability for their defective product. I’ve tried to ask for a supervisor 8 times now with no help. They are a disappointment. Do NOT trust them

Order total was $37.33, charged me $44.80, item never arrived. Tracking number they provided said it was delivered, but it wasn't. Kept telling me to check bushes, ask neighbors, ask post office. I have informed delivery with USPS and the tracking number was never in any of my notices. SCAM

Pure crap. Scam site. Luckily I “print screen” every page of the orders I place with a vendor I’m not sure about. And I’m contesting the transaction.

Just an aside (I printscreen every page of any order I place online so I have proof of my interactions with any site where I’m spending money.)

I would actually give this no stars. I ordered 2 pairs of pants based on the sizing they give you. When the pants arrived (4 weeks after the order), the pants were too big. I asked to exchange to a smaller size and after showing the picutres they required. They offered to send me $8. This is horrible business. DO NOT BUY PANTS FROM THEM.

I waited six weeks to receive a pair of Capri jeans. I used their size chart, and based on that, I ordered what I thought would be the appropriate fit. When they arrived, they were way too big. I took all the necessary pictures that they requested for a refund and return and was told that it would cost me quite a bit of money to make a return. They told me to keep the jeans and would refund me $4 US dollars. I paid $37 for the jeans. They don’t fit and I don’t want them. Will donate them. What kind of customer service is this? Will never order from them nor recommend.

Received garment, didn't match the measurements, therefore doesn't fit. Contacted Illutminate same day garment was received to arrange return and refund. Approximately 10 emails back and forth, Illutminate insisting returning the item would cost me too much. No effort to provide details for return. Offered $6-10 US dollars refund on $50plus purchase. Still insisting that's the best they can do. It's not, but they're not going to honour their own terms. DO NOT BUY FROM ILLUTMINATE.

Not sure if it is a scam, but I have been waiting for 6 weeks for my package. I placed my order March 25. They provided tracking info, but it seems like a scam to keep stringing you along. My package has been in Lawron OK for 10 days now, since April 21. The company gives me the same bullshit (probably AI generated) response when I email them. Don't buy this Chinese made crap! I regret it.
