I have finally received all products I ordered. I am really happy with the quality of the shampoo, conditioner and mask, however I did have issues with the online ordering process. I will say that once I let them know I hadn't received the product, and then that I had received the incorrect product the customer service were very good at replying to my emails, so I did appreciate the good communication. Not sure I will be making any further online purchases, but happy to be able to try their products, which in my opinion are good.

The complete Collagen & Maca Set is just AMAZING and from the very first use, I can feel the difference in the softness of my hair. I also use all the products on my daughter's hair (very thick and curly) and it is the only product we have found that does not dry her hair out. Very pleased with the product and would highly recommend!

I am also VERY impressed with the customer service, great communication and helped me out with my question!

I absolutely love the IlluMi shampoo, conditioner, and hair mask range. It has completely tamed my frizz and keeps my hair smooth and frizz-free from one wash to the next. I usually wash my hair every three days, and the results last the entire time.

I love these products so much that I’ve even got my sister hooked on them too!

Mia responded to my email almost immediately, and we exchanged emails back and forth without any delays until she had completely resolved the issue. She was patient, helpful, and made sure everything was sorted before closing the matter. Thank you, Mia, for your time and dedication to fixing my problem.

My routine is to wash my hair with the shampoo and conditioner, towel dry it, then massage in the hair mask and leave it on for 20–30 minutes before rinsing it out. After that, I style my hair as usual. This routine has made such a difference to the condition and manageability of my hair.

I would definitely recommend IlluMi to anyone struggling with frizz or looking for healthier, smoother hair.

I had read some good reviews of this product so I decided to try it for myself.
I have had problems with frizzy hair for a long time so I was thrilled to see how smooth and silky my hair was after using the mask. I definitely recommend this product and will continue to purchase. Thank you .

Love my device. I use it on a regular basis about once a week now, used to use it twice a week when first started and it’s brilliant.

Customer service is outstanding!! My experience overall is great and the products are really top of the line. I cannot look for any other IPLs, as they offer effective ones. I have my Iluumi PRO which I use every week (3 a week) and it really helps stun the hair growth on my legs and underarms. After IPL moisturiser is the best! Keeps my skin plump after the treatments. All in all, highly recommended!

How on earth can a bowl of Grease get so much attention? Heavy advertising. This is nothing more than a bowl of grease. Don't waste your money on this brand for any product

Very toxic. Claiming to be natural

Orded with a stated '5-10 day express shipping' within the confirmation email. 20 days now and no tracking information and no item received. Multiple emails to customer service have gone unanswered. Avoid.
