Absolutely stellar people and wonderfully fun product! I needed a large rush order placed for a memorial service and they were so kind and helpful when speaking with me on the phone (a real live human picked up—such a rarity!). Truly a pleasure to do business with this bunch (special shout out to Michael). Plus, how fun are these?! I’ve given them as gifts before and people love them, of course, but they make excellent additions to gatherings, too.

The product is great! It's such a personal and unique gift. I love the photo reels and my husband is going to be so excited when he opens his gift. They turned out beautifully and the pictures are clear. But the website could work more smoothly. I'm currently trying to make another reel and having so much trouble loading and previewing that I'm a little afraid to order in case it doesn't turn out like the others did.

Shipping was terrible as the description stated that it was covered by the coupon and that was not the case. Also, by shipping by USPS, shipping was delayed and the item didn't come on time.

I was skeptical at first but after getting this product (super fast I must add) I was amazed at the quality and the nostalgia of it all. The pictures, the Halloween themed viewer, and total package of it all was well worth the price. My wife loved it and looking forward to other possible up coming holiday themed viewers. I would highly recommend this company and product to everyone as a great keepsake

I love the this retroview device as I had in my childhood. The photos are crisp and clear and colorful. The communications, updates, info, has been great. Order arrived quickly and well packaged. I wish there were more photo slots, would like more than 8 per disc.

I got the Retro Reel Viewer for my wife for our anniversary, and it was absolutely perfect. She loved it — and honestly, so did the kids! It’s such a fun, thoughtful way to relive memories together. I LOVE these -- bought them for my three grown children who remember playing with ViewMasters when they were kids. Can't wait for them to open them on Christmas! The reels were done quickly and beautifully <3

I love Retro Viewer and use it every year without fail. It's a great, reliable service. My only recommendation is to send an email notification before deleting saved reels. I unfortunately lost a couple of years of reels, which was disappointing. A heads-up would be incredibly helpful!

I have been getting these to put at each table at my wedding with reels of my fiancé and me. Each reel has come out perfect and have become a fun way to cherish out memories together.
