Great customer service
I recieved a coupon code for my 1st real in the box with the viewer. The code wasnt working, so I contacted customer service and they were great to work with. Love the reel and plan to get one for each trip we now go on!

It was my first time ordering through RetroViewer. It was easy to set up my photos, there was good communication and I love the result! What an awesome gift idea. My mom loved getting a throwback to her childhood, but with current photos.

The viewer is exactly as described and works perfectly with the photo disk. Amazing gift! Shipping was fast and the viewer was well packeged. The instructions to purchase the photo disc were very clear.

Highly recommend!
Our family took a trip to Portugal and for Christmas I gave my siblings a viewer and reels of our trip. They loved it so much my sister made a highlight reel for me after our next trip!
My 9 year old daughter loves playing with my old childhood viewer so I made her some reels from our family trip and highlights of the previous year and she couldn’t have been more excited.
