I had a pallet to be picked up from New Jersey and I'm happy with it's handling. Delivery is also very fast, 4 - 5 days on shipments sent on their own...

Not very professional, but they definitely deliver on speed, which is most important in this case. There's room for improvement on customer service. Just because you're currently the cheapest and fastest doesn't mean you'll stay in the market forever, so improve on your customer service.

As for customer service, i have experienced the worst so far . My package has been delivered to their facility since 27th Dec 2022 , However , i have not heard from them since . i have tried all methods to contact them , but have recieved zero response .

I had difficulty processing payments as the instructions in your Imail Kenya personal account requires one to make payment through Mpesa or DTB. Paybill completely didn't work. DTB worked only to be informed that at the present one is supposed to buy on his own and send the item to your shipping agents in US.

I was eventually supported to make purchase by one of your staff from the US end.

Very good people to work with. They ship almost everything and their timing is something anyone can work with. You can also ship perishables. It's pretty fast

I feel obliged to write this review even though i had written one in another forum. I have used imail before. Even though there were severe delays in shipping, i was very understanding because the communication lines were always open n they maintained a certain level of transparency. This time, i had to keep asking for details about my package arriving for over a week before they could confirm to me any of this. Even still as i asked and timelines had passed, i was replied rudely when i now demanded for this information being told that they don't like dealing with customers who make demands. So they expect to operate however they wish, not respecting the timelines they have laid out, and not be questioned! So then, my package arrived in the country on 2nd dec and i made all payments i was asked to pay but still whenever i asked for local delivery, I'd get unhelpful answers like... Your package should be there already and to call the courrier. Courrier said they can't check without a waybill number. You can imagine the back and forth emails for days until today 8th dec, i finally called with full details and got my package. So i decided to weigh it before opening it, and it weighs 6.7kg while imail weighed it at 8.4kgs. so i have contacted them once again and have not even opened the package so that i maintain the evidence. I'm yet to get a response. I won't be surprised if they don't accept liability. Its been the trend.
