Exceptional Service and an Unforgettable Experience..

As a first-time Rolex buyer, I couldn't have asked for a better experience with Imperial Time Ltd.

From the moment I stepped in, the team was professional, welcoming, and surprisingly relaxed, making me feel completely at ease.

They were incredibly patient, inviting me to explore and try on a range of models, an experience I hadn't anticipated but thoroughly enjoyed.

Their humor, kindness, and expertise made the whole process enjoyable and memorable. I truly felt like they were as invested in my experience as I was.

Staff are all professional, very friendly and helpful. This was my first time with Imperial time and would highly recommend their service.

Brought 2 items of jewellery for my birthday in July, on further inspection once we got home I noticed neither were good quality and we asked for a refund. I was then told the items we had been given where not the usual quality and we had been given something substandard by their junior sales guy but we still opted for the refund as the whole experience was just weird. I sent both items recorded and insured delivery and was told I’d get a full refund once they were received. After chasing several times to see where my refund was, I was told I then had to travel back to London to receive it as it had to be done by card machine. My husband and I took the day off and went to the shop, the card was placed in the machine, the receipt said refunded but the money has never reached our account and our bank have confirmed there is no transaction. This has now been going on for over 2 months. I’ve contacted them 3 times since the “refund” on Friday the 27th September to see what is happening and I’ve still not had any response at all. We are now seeking advice on further action as it’s clearly pointless contacting these guys and we should have known better in the first place.
I wouldn’t ever recommend going here, their instagram looks good but there is nothing about this business that feels at all professional. If I could give zero stars if I could.
