Just bought my 1st rolex day-date 36mm model 118238 off cian am over the moon with the watch ,I was worried at 1st buying on line ,but after speaking to cian I didn't have to because he's a polite, warming and welcoming guy to speak to nothing was to much trouble in making me feel at ease, all the way through the process was so easy and hassle free. He always got back to me by text and phone calls. He explained everything about the watch 100% accurately with photos. Recently picked up a Rolex submariner Starbucks.
